Was just in at the downtown store the cook made a mistake on my pizza. never the less the made me a fresh new one in 10 minutes and let me keep the other one. and apologized… You never get that at pizza places in Vancouver. …this is why I keep comming back.

Great place to grab a slice or a pie. As far as chain’s go it’s better than Panago and Megabite. Their delivery was quick, a little pricey but tasty.

Horrible customer service… I ordered four slices of pizza, the lady working just took the pizza from the pan and put into a paper bag. I asked her if she could heat them up for me to which she replied «They just came out of the oven 5 minutes ago so they should be warm still» so I don’t think much of it and just let it go. Even though she should probably put them in the oven to satisfy the customer. The worst part was when the customer behind me ordered from the same pan of pizza and the lady working put it in the oven without the customer even having to ask!
Walking away with cold pizza and horrible customer service.

I totally recommended as like as other Uncle Fatih’s Pizza,
Great pizza with great costumer services. I ordered half Beef&Blue cheese-​half Veggie pizza to delivery. It was very taste and price was very fair to this huge pizza: D Mobile server was great and polite. Thanks guys.
