VEGANPIZZADELIVERY my life is now complete and I may die happily. This is so much better than Daiya’s and Amy’s frozen pizzas from the grocery store. The crust and sauce are perfect, and they really load on the toppings. Pretty creative specialty pizza topping combinations too. Love it!

I love this place. I’ve never eaten at the restaurant but I have ordered delivery numerous times and every time it has been great. I’d give it 5 stars but their downfall is that they take far too long to deliver and I think it’s a bit over-priced. If you want it by a certain time, make sure you give them up to 2 hours for delivery and expect two large pizzas to run you over $ 60 after tax and tip. Kudos though! I love their pizza! I’m eating it right now!

Their pizza is incredibly delicious and they have a lot of variety. Service is good too and all the workers are very friendly. The only problem is that they close randomly a lot of the time, and it’s a risk to show up without calling in advance to make sure that they’re open

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered some pizza last night, it took an hour and a half to arrive. The price was almost $ 15.00 more than listed on their website. The delivery guy explained that was because they don’t update their website. After asserting that I wanted to pay the price that was listed, he finally offered to take $ 4.00 off. I was annoyed but hungry so I bought the overpriced pizza. I called to let the manager know what happened. After 10 minutes of defending myself, he argued that it’s not his fault because I should expect the prices to change, he offered to give me a $ 6.00 credit. Still kinda annoyed, but whatever. Then, the kicker, the owner calls me back an hour later and says he is revoking my $ 6.00 credit because«I am a liar, and I should have checked their Facebook page to see the correct price, not their website.» Totally surprised, I told him it was unfair for me to have to magically know what the price of the pizza is. His defence was«I’m vegan, so it’s not my fault.» I love vegans, but that argument is a little weak… Anyway, suffice to say I’m not ordering from there again; who knows, next time they could triple the price without telling me.

I used to think that Rebellious Tomato in DT have the best vegan & daiya cheese; VPH has just taken the hammer, ever so slightly. Let’s face it, not a place to take a date but does the job. Good portions and while price is up there, so is the quality. Delivery and catering available. All cards. Parking challenging on Kingsway, plenty of side street parking. Friendly owner. Another bonus: workers use plastic gloves!

Wanted some pizza on a Sunday afternoon after checking out he mall and was on the way back to Vancouver. My partner had just made the switch from Veggie to Vegan and we are trying to find some new places to check out to accommodate our diets. While searching in Unilocal we stumbled across this gem and decided to try it out. After checking out their webpage and seeing all the delicious options we decided to check it out. We order two types and picked it up ourselves in the store. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and quick to get our order out. The place itself is a bit shabby but overall just a typical pickup or delivery downtown pizza place. The pizza was delicious and unlike anything I had ever had. Def will be coming back to check this place out again soon.

Great people who really care about Vegan’s choices being true Vegan’s themselves. Pizza is amazing as is the Spaghetti and Lasagne. So friendly and I’ve not found a true 100% Vegan place in the area anywhere so they are worth coming back from even if I’m an hour away!

I love this place, but be warned! They’re hardly ever ready on time. When they say 15 minutes, it may actually mean 25 or 30. When they say an hour for delivery, it may actually pig to, or not show up at all! Then if you call and complain that your pizza hasn’t arrived yet, though give you a free pizza the next day apparently, but when you call again to try to get your free pizza, they will forget the whole thing ever happened! so with that in mind, I actually still order from here on a regular basis! I just know that there’re some reliability issues. I’d say the only thing that is reliable, are the pizzas are tasty, as are the donairs. I’m a fan, minus the obvious stuff!

Shocking. I ordered 1 large Gourmet for delivery at 7pm on am early Friday night. The man taking the order quoted 45 minutes to an hour. I live 1 km away. The pizza arrived at 8:30pm. When I called at 8:20pm, a different male employee stated that the driver had«just left» and it might be another 30 minutes. He then chuckled nervously and said«sorry». The pizza arrived, and continued to make this experience unpleasant. The crust and the bottom was burnt. Not slightly burnt. It was stuck to the parchment paper below burnt. Half the pizza was not edible. I wish I could post pics on Unilocal to show it. My thought is. a specialty pizza joint shouldn’t really be burning their pizzas, let alone letting them go out to be sold for $ 20. This is the second purchase I have made from this location. The first was 6 months ago, where the pizza delivery was slightly delayed but the pizza was edible. I love the idea of a vegan/veggie pizza place like this. But this experience has ruined any chance of a repeat order in the future. Which makes me sad.

Vegan Pizza House has my back. A couple of their pizzas are a little weird(i’m looking at you, vegan seafood pizza) but they are(I believe) the only strictly vegan pizza house in town, and they deliver way further than the usual pizza place would. I got the light on right now, just waiting for that sweet knock.

What a fabulous + delicious pizza joint. My partner is partial to the vegan pizzas, but I cannot speak highly enough of the vegan donair. Made to order pita, your choice between mock chicken and beef(or both), veggies, and a generous serving of home made tzatziki makes this a great $ 5 meal. I cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful! My husband and I visited Vancouver for the first time and we’re both vegan. We looked on the Happy Cow website for great vegan restaurant recommendations, and were psyched to discover an entirely vegan pizza restaurant! We couldn’t believe it, so we ordered combo #6(large pizza, large lasagna, salad and garlic toast) and another large pizza on top of that for under 50 bucks! Everything was so delicious, and all 100% vegan and cruelty-free. :) This is the only vegan pizza I’ve had that actually puts a good amount of cheese on the pizza! We definitely recommend this place, and we’re so glad to see new vegan places opening up all over the place. The future is vegan! :)

I really wanted to like this place. It’s great that a vegan pizza place exists; I like the concept. The one time we ordered take-out from here, the pizza was quite soft /soggy, and they failed to give give us the whole wheat crust that we requested. Super greasy as well. They could do this concept so much better, but I was unfortunately not impressed at all. I’d rather order a cheese-less pizza from somewhere else than eat here.

I had the spanakopita dinner which was great but a little on the expensive side at 13 $ also a bubble tea which was ok. Overall in my experience this place was yummy but overpriced for what it is.

Vegan pizza that tastes the same as, if not better than, regular pizza! and you won’t feel guilty eating it! Their menu items are delicious and very nutritious. They put a lot of veggie toppings on their pizza, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and the dough they use is very tasty. So excited to have this gem of a place in my neighbourhood ever since becoming vegan. it’s my new go-to pizza place!

When it comes to vegan pizza, it does not get any better than this. I have ordered the Hawaiian every time i have been in or ordered delivery/pick-up and it is absolutely delicious! You cannot even tell it is vegan the toppings are so well-made. They don’t only serve pizza either, they have vegan adaptations of lasagnas, chicken(imitation), and various meal options. The owner there is really nice too and is always so helpful in giving his input on what is good. It is smart to call ahead if you know what you are going to order because you don’t want to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for them to make it.

Absolutely delicious, and cheap, vegan pizzas! I’ve ordered a Hawaiian + Special vegetarian slices the first time, and I loved it so I came back another day. Unfortunately, the Hawaiian and the Vegetarian special are the only ones they sell per slice, and if you want something else you’ll have to buy a full pizza. So, I decided to order a pizza which was half«Meat Lover» and half«Seafood» to take home with me and refrigerate some slices. A real delight… so good I ate it all to myself for dinner… The place is also really small, it seems like there’s always only one person working there. I wish they grow bigger and are able to offer more choices to buy per slice.

Decided to order Mediterranean pizza and 2 bubble teas. The young man working took awhile to acknowledge we walked in for about 5 mins. It got very busy, a line up started and the young man was on the phone. After 25 mins he comes out with our pizza. We ask how much longer for our bubble tea. He says 5 mins. We finally get our bubble teas and they have bits of crunchy chunks in it! Didn’t seem blended properly! On the positive the pizza was ok! But that’s about it! Overall this place needs better staff!, customer service and time management!

I’m not a vegan, I just love pizza. That being said, the Vegan Pizza house has some of the best $ 2 slices your money can buy on Kingsway. Seeing as they’re neighbors to my new apartment, I’ll probably be adding some flavourful commentary on this review as I update my experience with their selection. Last week I had their olive and pesto pizza by the slice and the consistency was great. The daiya keeps the crust crunchy, as a lot of the cheese oil is missing. Not to mention the wonders a lactose free meal will likely do for my digestion… It’s truly a unique experience getting a slice without any animal products, and since I prefer vegetarian pizza anyways I’ll probably be coming back!
