On our recent visit to Victoria, we went to the Public Market and found the outlet there for Salt Springs Island Cheese. What a jewel of a shop. The whole long counter of the front was lined with samples of the most wonderful cheeses, jams, olives, etc.
After coming home, we finally opened this jar of Hot Mango Jam and we were again amazed by how good it was. The absolute BEST chile jam we’ve ever had anywhere!
