My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place when we were snowboarding at blackcomb. Gorgeous restaurant right at the top of the mountain with incredible views. We split the lamb burger and each had a Bloody Mary. Both were delish Honestly spent about the same money as we would buying a meal in the main lodge. Highly recommend!

Their lamb and Bouillabaisse was amazing. Their ingredients are so fresh from local, they didn’t have to cover up with salty sauce. Worth 2 – 3 times more than the actual price. :)

Great view, except it was a little foggy this day. Try the Caesar(alternate to Bloody Mary). Priced at $ 18.

The view is absolutely amazing, and the queue to get in as well. Forget it without a reservation made at least two hours before you want to dine. The food is marvelously prepared, five points in the optics department! Taste is also very good, natural and fresh. My girlfriend’s fries were sadly very floppy. Waiting staff is helpful and always with a smile. What is a major turnoff is the smell, like in a pool. That’s why I would rename it from Christine’s to Chlorine’s.

Beautiful restaurant and view! Great service, and the food is all fresh and amazing. I had the best gnocchi I have ever had here! Great spot to eat after doing the peak to peak: D

My husband and I LOVE this restaurant, the good food, views of the mountain and Dena! It is a perfect mid day spot to warm up, enjoy the mountain, have a drink and some amazing food! Dena is incredible-we love visiting with her-in fact we spent lunch all 3 days this trip there because she is so great! Highly recommend this restaurant! Def get a reservation if it’s busy on the mountain! It’s always busy!!!

Absolutely the BEST place I’ve ever dined on a mountain. The food is SO good and the service impeccable. Dena made our experience so good, we had to come back a second time because once just wasn’t enough. The views from the dining room are breathtaking. A+ in every way!

No question, the best meal I’ve ever had on a mountain. It’s hard to imagine that better than this is even possible. Things start out modestly enough as you enter the ski lodge mid-mountain on Blackcomb and have to fight through the mobs of families warming their toes and downing chicken fingers and french fries. Toward the back you see signs of civilization. A hostess stand beyond which lies a full bar and picture windows profiling the mountain below. We waited about 20 minutes for a table for 2 at 2 in the afternoon on a weekday so make a reservation if you can. We were given a 4 top against the window, which gave us lovely views of the slopes. The menu is solidly New American(New Canadian?) with a nod toward locally sourced seafood and meats. Try the sockeye salmon appetizer and the tomato bisque. Both were excellent. If you’re feeling hungry, the steak or burger is great(we had the steak, neighboring tables were raving about the burger). If you’re not feeling quite so hungry, the portobello ravioli with braised short ribs is fantastic. An extensive wine list, full bar, and smattering of cocktails helps you digest. Try the cucumber gin cocktail, but substitute club soda for tonic and Hendricks for the rail gin to really get a refreshing cucumber cocktail. Maybe a splash of tonic if you want it a bit sweeter. Staff was helpful, cordial, and our waitress was downright friendly, giving us tips on how to ski down and what to do while we’re in Whistler. She’s been there 5+ years so she knew what she was talking about. Will definitely be back here next time I’m in Whistler.

It doesn’t get any better than this! This has to be the best restaurant I’ve ever eat at on a Mountain. We loved it so much, we ate there for lunch, every day we skied! The food was always perfectly cooked and deliciously presentable. The service was impeccable. And the views are outstanding. I’m sure this place gets packed so you might want to make a reservation or just do what we did and plan on having early lunches every day. We were there at 11:30 and never had a problem getting a table. I can’t wait to go back to Whistler again for the amazing skiing & for Christine’s!

The combination of fantastic food and the high alpine were amazing. The view of the surrounding mountains and Whistler Village in the valley below is spectacular. The food was equally amazing, impressing me, my foody girlfriend and her foody mother. Everything we ordered was fantastic, from the bruschetta starter through the mains(try the salmon!). The staff was also excellent… surprisingly knowledgeable for a restaurant in a mountain top chalet! While the location is great, it is a couple ski lift rides away from the local roads. You have to include it as a day trip on the Peak to Peak gondola in the summer or as your lunch spot on a ski day. So very worth it how ever you get there.

When skiing Whistler this place is a must for lunch. The view from the place is incredible and the food is fantastic. Its actually better than most of the finer establishment in the village and is in a different category entirely from the overpriced nasty ass food available in the feedlot like cafeterias on the mountain. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation so you do not waste valuable skiing time waiting for a table.

Christine’s absolutely hits the spot. I mean, this is what mountain-top dining should be like every time. I had the pleasure of bringing a date up to the top of Blackcomb Mountain this summer for lunch at Christine’s and it couldn’t have been better. We’ll, maybe it was a little chilly sitting outside, but it was sunny and the views were stunning. Our drinks were delicious and the food, well, rivaled many of my favorite go-to spots at home. Here’s my quick list of reasons why you should give Christine’s a shot next time you’re in Whistler/Blackcomb: –Incredible views –Terrific menu –Excellent drink menu & good wine list –Outside seating –Friendly service Why wouldn’t you give it a try? Here are a few thoughts… –It on top of a big mountain, which means you have to hike up there(good luck), or pay to take the lifts. The lifts are not inexpensive, but provide a very cool perspective on the village and surrounding mountains. –You may need reservations, especially on the weekend and hear holidays(both U.S. and Candaian). –This type of luxury comes with a price tag. I think their prices are reasonable, as they deliver high-value, but it isn’t inexpensive.

Christine’s has fantastic food — far better than most of the finer restaurants in the village. I really wish they were open for dinner. I know it seems funny when you’ve got all that gear on to have a sit-down meal, but if you’re sick of the mediocre fare you find elsewhere, then treat yourself. Wayne is often behind the bar, and he can make you a «pick me up» espresso martini. The wine list and pairing suggestions are also great, with a focus on local wines. The house salad comes with roasted asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes, and candied pecans. The osso bucco is melt in your mouth tender, served with roasted fingerling potatoes and root vegetables. And the grilled cheese sandwich, made with bacon and granny smith apples(I know, go figure, but it’s amazing!) has a cup of tomato bisque with it for dipping. Honestly, there are only two or three restaurants in Whistler that have food that’s better than decent. This is GREAT food, expertly prepared, from scratch. One downside? The service is haphazard, and there’s sometimes a wait to get in. Go late and you’ll have an easier wait. As for the service… Not sure what to suggest.

Honestly the best food we had in Whistler. We snowboarded about half the day, then needed lunch. We had met a girl the night before that worked here, and said it was amazing. So we took her up on her advice. We both got the burger, which was amazing, had a couple beers, and sat by the window with the best view of the mountain. The only negative thing was that I think our server was having a bad day, or forgot to take her pill or something, because she was a little all over the place. Other than that, this place was awesome, and I highly recommend it!

Took the Peak 2 Peak sightseeing journey across to the Blackcomb side and had xmas lunch at this amazing restaurant. What can I say. Amazing view of the mountains, excellent service and sizeable portions for a ‘fine’ dining place. Great value. Try their Shephard’s pie, amazing!
