The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge

Amazing location and atmosphere. I had the most fantastic Swedish massage! Sooo relaxing… Blythe was truly wonderful and sensitive to my medical condition. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the start of my treatment. Great service from all the staff. Love the décor… modern but very peaceful, clean and cozy. The mountain view from the lounge can’t be beat. I definitely lingered there much longer than I usually would after a treatment. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this spa more than the scandinave. I’m a long term local and love that I can book an RMT massage here and enjoy the rooftop hot tubs with rarely anyone around also the steam room and relaxing area are wonderful. Nick Nicola is my usual RMT and he is the best! I’ve gone to so many others over the years but he really listens to what I need and I always leave feeling amazing! The fix café is great for a post massage juice or coffee right downstairs!

Booked an RMT massage here on Saturday with Molly, who is awesome! She worked on my arm (which tends to go numb when I’m sleeping) and it seemed to help a lot, even though pinched nerve stuff is tricky to deal with. The atmosphere of the spa is also great — clean, serene and cozy. There are two small hot tubs and a small steam room, also a large lounge area with drinks and jane iredale make up (fave). Only thing I wish is there would be separate steam room for women/​men as I didn’t have a swimsuit with me that day. Great treat, glad I chose this space over scandinave.

We went for a couples massage. We both felt the experience was phenomonal. From hello to good bye things were welcoming and friendly and not snooty or to fancy. The water and tea was delish. The massage was relaxing and relieved the sore muscles from snowboarding the two days before. Was able to book online the morning of that was really handy. This will be our go to spot when visiting whistler.

I was welcomed by a very happy and enthusiastic staff member, who explained everything and made me feel comfortable. My body scrub and massage was extremely relaxing with all my muscle requirements being met (Thank you Blythe…;-)). The facility has all that is needed to enjoy a blissful spa experience.

A wonderful gem in Whistler. Tucked away in the beautiful quiet area of Nita Lake, this little spa offers some of the best massages I’ve experienced in a tranquil, modern space. I had the Kundalini massage, which is a specialty massage offered at this spa. It was one of the most beautiful, deeply relaxing, and almost spiritually centering experiences I’ve ever had. It starts with a gentle foot scrub, followed by a slow and rhythmic massage with an unique technique (seemed to incorporate energy points on the body). And finishes with a melt into the bed type of mini facial and head massage. It leaves you feeling utterly whole and centered. A must try if you are looking for a very special type of body work experience.
My husband had the hot stone massage and said that it was equally fantastic.
Because the spa is smaller, it also means it’s quiet. They have a very nice steam room that isn’t too hot! (Just how I like it), and 2 outdoor hot tubs looking towards the mountains — peaceful and lovely!
Overall, I think this is one of the best spas in Whistler. It’s a real gem, and I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it so I can keep it my little secret. :)

Nice, but a small spa. Blythe, my massage therapist, was great. She knew where all my tight muscles were. The hot tubs are located outside on the deck and has a nice view.
