Food is dry… very dry… The price is fair enough. I hope it can add more product for us to choose from. Not just fries and such

I used to drive by this place everyday and then one day I decided to try it out.
I should have kept driving by it. The service was horrible. The server was rude.
I ordered their fish and chips and it took 30 minutes AFTER everyone at my table finished their meals to get mine. I asked if she could come back in two minutes the first time she asked if I was ready to order; instead she came back 30 minutes later.
Everyone else said that their food was cold when it came out — the nachos especially.
My fish and chips was mildly warm even though it took the longest to come out. The taste was bland and the fries were unsalted.
The coleslaw was all wrong– and the Tatar sauce kept me guessing as to its real identity– was it even Tatar?
The server never even came to us during the course of the meal. Never once asked if tr food was ok or if we needed anything or a water refill. We didn’t have enough cutlery during the whole dining experience.
Needless to say you are not missing much. I have been working in the food industry for a number of years and quite honestly this place was a huge disappointment. The price wasn’t even that great. In fact– I would say it was too pricey for the kind of food that they serve.
I would stay away and find any other fast food restaurant and they would serve better food than here.
The only other place worse than this is Mcdonald’s. That’s saying a lot.
