Reno is needed. I know it’s an old building, but the lobby looks like an old roach motel.
Customer service is reluctant and forced.
Lori, once we met for investment reasons, I decided to use this bank for my mutual funds. After the paperwork, I had some losses in my investments, which is normal. I tried to get a hold of her on 6 different occasions over several months with zero communication.
When I had a meeting with her co-​worker, Lori was directly across the hall smiling and conning someone else to invest their money with her. I’m very happy to withdraw my money from here, even after taking a loss.
Lili, a fake smile and clueless knowledge of her job.
Only invest here if you like the view (which is average at best), and don’t care about the returns.
