Service was great, food was great, and atmosphere was great! Had the nachos and it was delicious, filling, and an interesting variety. Service was helpful, informative, and fast. And of the course the atmosphere was not too loud, interesting, and simple.

The food was delicious and very healthy. I had a vegan mac burger and it was to die for. I love the atmosphere it’s so cute and modern, right near walkerville brewery. I love the fact you can have a full meal and you don’t feel disgustingly full. Your content and comfortable. And I love how you can purchase soups, bread, etc right at the counter.

Loved this underground juice bar /restaurant. It has a cool vibe and full of healthy food options. Try the morocco vegetarian burger, it was absolutely amazing, even my carnivore husband liked it and was surprised at how good it tasted without any meat in it. We also had the falafel salad, which was good, but I definitely prefer the burger. Next time, I will probably get the burger and beet salad(to switch it up) I tried the green juice and wasn’t a huge fan, maybe a bit too healthy for me! I also bought a take-away soup for dinner tonight. I will let you know how that goes :)

We came, we ate, we loved it. We had the nachos, the noodle salad, a couple of soups, and a bunch of desserts. No complaints about any of it. We will be back.

This place is super nice but a bit on the pricey side, which is what I imagine you get when you use all fresh and or organic ingredients. I got the walnut and kale tacos, which were in lettuce instead of taco shells, very nice. My one friend got an Asian salad with a very nice peanut sauce, which came in quite a big portion. Another friend got the salted caramel cake/pie. It was great and usually I don’t like raw desserts because I find the taste of coconut oil overwhelming but it was really delicious. The menu is pretty good. A lot of great options from salads to their take on nachos and tacos. Quite a few freshly made baked goods, although I don’t think anything is actually baked since the majority is raw. Freshly pressed juice is also for sale(pretty expensive though). My only complaint really is that the wait time is a little long. But there’s only one or two staff members there so I understand. A very unique place to Windsor, I’m glad it’s around.

I avoid dairy and refined sugars and try to eat clean whenever possible. Carrots n Dates makes it easy for me as I know I can eat most everything on their menu. The food is beyond delicious. All the salads are unique and colourful, and the soups are a great take home option. The«cheese“cake is to die for and the owner Vinny is passionate about what she does and she does it do well. Love this place. Try it out.

I’ve been here a few times for lunch and dinner since they’ve extended their hours. It’s much easier for me to stop by in the evening so I was very happy when they made that change. The truffles are yummy, the smoothies are a nice treat on a hot day and the food is hearty and REAL. I’ve eaten, and very much enjoyed, the Asian noodle salad, the oil free beet salad and the Pad Thai which, considering that I’m somewhat of a Pad Thai snob, is actually very delicious and filling! The peanut sauce is on point! The staff seems very passionate and the place has a really cozy, trendy and earthy vibe. It’s quite small inside but there’s lots of takeout options if you prefer to eat offsite. I enjoy many different kinds of food and don’t have any dietary limitations but I still enjoy eating at this restaurant. It’s worth your while to check it out if you’re feeling adventurous and looking for something new and healthy.

Had the raspberry«cheese“cake & it was delicious! I would like to come back to try their other foods, like the soups. The girl working was super nice and really seemed passionate about the place so it was nice talking to her about the food. Atmosphere feels great too and everything looks very clean. Only thing was that the location was very difficult to find because there are no visible signs on the street when I was driving!

This place is fabulous and truly unique for Windsor. Absolutely everything is plant based, gluten free, and made from scratch. Yes it may cost more than an average restaurant, but you are getting top notch quality ingredients; for example the almond milk in their smoothies is homemade from real almonds ie. not a container. The flavours and spices that Neviana uses complements each dish perfectly without being too overwhelming. Whenever i go to a ‘regular’ restaurant, i am overwhelmed and disgusted by all the garlic, cheese, etc they use in simple dishes(what are they trying to cover up??). I have tried many of the soups, salads, smoothies, and desserts and have loved them all. The owners are so passionate and talented and i hope this place continues to do well. It’s about time Windsor catches up and realizes this way of eating is the way to go for optimal health.
