Low quality cheese, bland sauce. I’m not quite sure where the positive reviews come from because Tony’s is on par with Gondola albeit a better crust. They also would not deliver; I live in Charleswood so by house is only a good ten minute drive from Pembina so that was also disappointing.

This unsuspecting place is a historical gem in the pizza circles. I’m not from Winnipeg but that’s what I hear. The place isn’t much to look at but at least the pizza prep area is open so you can see your pizza being made. The pizza tasted very fresh and the ingredients used were quite flavorful. I found the crust a bit on the dry side but some may prefer that. On a busy night expect to wait 30 – 40 minutes. Luckily there is a Shopper’s Drug Mart next door to pass the time. The pizza was fantastic. It would get 4-stars had they make the waiting area a bit nicer and have a menu or two posted for first timers.

Easily one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. Tried it for the first time two weeks ago because we were in the area. However, it is across the city from our home. Ordered again tonight anyways. Even after the drive home and cooling off a bit, it still fantastic. I found the pepperoni on my pep and mush a bit heavy the first time and ordered a simple double mushroom this time. It was even better. The boyfriend likes that there’s a lot of meat though.

Tony’s is the best pizza in town, there’s no competition! The Tony’s special is the Helen of Troy of pizzas, you eat this pizza and you will want to punch a Spartan in the throat! Trust me when I tell you it’s a great joint, the toppings, sauce and cheese distribution are all on point. Source: I’m quit fat!

My in-laws decided to treat us to pizza! I have always wanted to try Tony’s and this was a perfect chance to order it. We ordered: — The Greek Pizza — The Cheese Pizza Both of these pizzas were delicious, but maybe a bit salty because of the generous amount of cheese. The sauce was tasty but didn’t dominate the flavor of the food. The crust was deliciously fatty. The pizzas were clearly made with care and attention and they tasted great. Best of all, they didn’t give me a stomach ache like some order-in pizza does. This place gets a 4.5÷5 in the«just give me a great tasting pizza» category.
