Blanca Italia is an amazing restaurant located in the Le Blanc hotel and Spa. The restaurant is only open to hotel guests and features the most amazing Italian cuisine from an exquisite 7 course menu. We caught an early dinner here because we noticed it gets busy quickly around 8pm or later. We started dinner with beef and shrimp carpaccio, afterwards we had the arugula goat cheese salad with balsamic vinaigrette and minestrone soup. For the main course we lamb chops with roasted ravioli (Amazing!), gnocchi with scallops, and a custom shrimp fettuccine dish the chef made upon our request. Overall the food quality was very high and the service was spot on. Highly recommend going here during your stay at Le Blanc.
