Very, very good. Best service of our stay at the Marikoba properties. High end regional food but be warned of big portions and rich food. My husband had carnitas which was described as pork fillet, but it was a ginormous hunk of pork belly. Delicious but hard to finish. Pair with minerally wine or cocktail with acid.
