Food is ok. Nothing to write home about. Service was slow as molasses. It took at least 45 minutes to get our food. Not sure I’d come back

If you are a foodie who appreciates food that is really well done, I would say that you can skip this. Mama’s has decent food but I wouldn’t write home about it. We got the Huevos Charros and while it’s hard to mess up an egg dish, it overall lacked a lot of flavor. The beans on the side were flavorless and there was a lack of seasoning on the whole dish. They provide you with 6 side salsas which you absolutely need to add in order to spice it up. The French toast was good, but I would equate it to something you could get at iHop or Denny’s. It wasn’t a super fresh experience. I didn’t hate it, but I certainly didn’t love it. The service was excellent but I wouldn’t return. Go ahead and skip it to find something more local and fresh.

Wow! We had a fabulous breakfast at Mamas Royal Café! Just a short walk from our resort, this little gem is a must next time I am in Cabo! I ordered the the Tortilla Verde, which is an omelette that is not folded but rather, left open. It has spinach, green onion, potatoes & green salsa. I loaded up even more with the salsas that they brought out to the table. YUM! Hubs got the Banana french toast … omg it was delicious, nothing like we had ever had before. I also ordered a bloody mary and it was ok. I think I would skip it next time. A great meal and honestly it was extremely affordable!

Great breakfast menu, limited lunch menu. We went for lunch and it was just ok… nothing terrible, nothing great. English speaking staff.

This is a go to spot here in Cabo … The French toast and Benedict’s rock the house … I give it a 10 lighters in the air encore rating

Probably one of the best breakfast places in Cabo, hands down. Super convenient location in town. Open air dining(that’s covered), clean, friendly, English spoken, accepts credit cards, free wi-fi(most places offer that if you ask) and great food at reasonable prices. Excellent breakfast menu, tons of choices. I’ve eaten here once in 2014 and once in 2015 and both times the food and experience was amazing.

No trip to Cabo is complete without at least one trip to Mamas! We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is super friendly, the place is clean, best Breakfast ever! Make sure you come back at night when it becomes Felix’s — very authentic regional dishes — try the Chile en Nogada for a flavor explosion!

We came here in 2012 and it was our spot for breakfast. Food is good and the staff are attentive. We had again a more traditional Mexican breakfast — when in Rome. Price is average to above(two plates and two juice drinks was $ 30 with tip), but the food is very fresh and quantity is enough to fill you. The little salsa topping bar brought out is good and fresh as well. The hot sauce is not the kind to burn your mouth but heat you up.

If you come to Cabo San Lucas, you MUST eat here! You’ll be scared to eat anywhere else that isn’t as delicious as here! Try a watermelon mojito!
