Some staff was nice, some judge us due to are tattoos. I’m from studio city, North Hollywood we call Tatto Art. They need AC in all the Lobby’s. Food was ok. Smoking should not be allowed in all rooms. They should have smokers separate from non smokers. they should have Jacuzzis for guess not only timeshare people. Over all Mazatlan is very beautiful.

We have been all over the world and the service here keeps us coming back!!! We enjoy the beaches, the amenities, but world class service is amazing!!! You feel like family and the team enjoys making you feel that way!!! Thanks for another great visit

I’ve been coming down here for 18 years. It’s been a long struggle to get to know people. I’ve gotten the ameba several years in a row, Ecoli and typhoid fever. You ask why do I come down, well I got the timeshare through a divorce and my maintenance is high so I get more for my money. That being said on the members side of the pool they did not clean the toilet seats for two days. I did complain and they sent the lady down there but she didn’t do it. Usually they are spotless but the regular lady was off on Wed and Thurs. I don’t think there is enough accountability. The wait staff work there butts off as to the older house keeping staff. Maybe they’re getting ready for spring break. Who knows. The staff is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on friendliness, I would not recommend buying time unless you absolutely love Mexico and can utilize the points. Beware when booking because you will end up in an outdated room. Hopefully the app is better but making payments is a pain. One last note the doctors and hospitals are great.

El hotel está bien, la ubicación muy buena pero el servicio al cliente fue horrible. Si no eres gringo de piel blanca y rubio, tus dólares no valen. No te en varias ocasiones la diferencia del trato entre la misma raza. Jamás me había sentido discriminada y menos en mi México lindo. Uno que con tanto gusto viene de Estados Unidos a conocer su lindo México y disfrutar de él. Jamás vuelvo a este lugar! Eh ido a mejores lugares de México y mejor me an tratado. Y ni se diga que sus representantes de venta venden a base de mentiras. Compramos un todo incluido y varios restaurantes no estuvieron disponibles por qué tenían un evento especial. El wifi no va incluido y el cobro es por equipo no por cuarto. La comida según de la mejor pero para alguien que viene de Estados Unidos se me hizo más rica la comida ambulante y otros restaurantes por el mismo bulevar. Que gran desilusión de este lugar.
The hotel and location is alright. Customer service however was horrible. I’m come from Hispanic parents and my skin is light brown, I’m fluint in Spanish and when I come to Mexico I speak nothing but Spanish. I noticed such a difference in the treatment between my family and myself vs Caucasians visiting the property. I have never felt discriminated in my life until visiting this hotel. I always look forward to vacations and escape to Mexico since it’s a gem. I will never come back to this hotel, Mazatlan is nice so next trip will be at a different hotel. The all inclusive had its loops, if the restaurant you where trying to use had a «especial event» you count access it. Wifi is not included, so beware of the sales reps, travel agents or websites. Wifi is an additional fee per unit, not per room. I was sold on the all inclusive because of them having the best food in the area, negative! Save yourself the money and go down the strip for fresh sea food, tacos, and many other delicious food. Unless your planning on drinking your life away then the all inclusive is worth the $. Such a disappointment. I guess as long as your not a brown Mexican then your odds might be better than mine.

Este hotel es bueno, bonito y barato. La alberca esta muy bien o si lo prefieres puedes disfrutar de la playa y hacer paseo a caballo, moto, banana, para caída, etc. Muchas actividades ya sea dentro del hotel o fuera. esta en excelente ubicación en la zona dorada
