The Inn shows its age but well maintained. Rooms in the tower have a great view of the ocean. The staff is nice.

This hotel is located directly on the beach and seems to be well run. If you look out into the ocean, you can almost imagine you are in Hawaii with the small islands and crashing waves. You will quickly realize Mazatlan is not Hawaii though when you walk down the city streets. Soldiers dressed tip to toe in black toting machine guns, and just the general grimy environment will remind you. This hotel has seen better days. Maintenance is an issue with many minor repairs pending. But, the staff tries hard and I really had a very pleasant stay.

The facility isn’t bad but trying to sleep at night is like you’re sleeping on the street. Monday thru Thursday the noise isn’t too bad but the weekend the decimal level is very HIGH. If you stay here ask for a room where the noise level is low(the rear of the inn). There are two happy hours 12 – 1 and 4 – 5. The staff is excellent and the pool area is great. Free wifi in the lobby only. We were guest the end of April. Wouldn’t stay here again if I can’t get a room without the street traffic.

My husband, niece and I went for one week to The Inn At Mazatlan. This is an American owned resort with full services, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a/c, room service, fully appointed. What a fun resort on the ocean with views of a couple of islands. The staff are wonderful and helpful. When taking the pulmania(little taxis) they would check the prices for us to be sure we got the best price. many fun things to do within walking distance. We went to The Mercado and saw the beautiful Cathedral there and had lunch in a small restaurant in that area. We will go back again!
