Oceano Palace y Luna Palace

The Luna Palace has good features but… The hotel sponsors water exercise classes which is ok but the class director insists on blaring music so loud that even if you move as far away as possible (about 250 linear feet plus 10 feet down from the pool level) from the boom box the noise level is so loud it’s difficult to have a conversation. This goes on for several hours each day. A complaint to the front desk does nothing even tho they say they will lower volume and when I asked the music director to lower the level he ridicules you for not liking really loud music and asks why aren’t you exercising too. He wouldn’t even move the boom box closer to the water so that class participants could hear with a lower volume.
They get one star do to the inconsiderate nature of playing very loud music for several hours which makes for a tedious day.
