El personal de lo mejor no me puedo quejar pero el WiFi esta horrible la recepción de datos igual y las etiquetas de noche en los restaurantes me enfurecieron por la playera de resaque de ahí en más todo perfecto

Just got back from our honeymoon and I have to say I’m quite disappointed. I give them 3 stars because it a beautiful hotel and they have the best bartenders at the bar in the adults pool but other than that their service is horrible. To start off their waiters are horrible at each and everyone of their restaurants. To top things off the food is always the same there is no selection what so ever. Their elevators suck it’s horrible that you have to wait 15 minutes to be able to get on one. I have to say I always thought that I would keep coming back to the hotel where we went on our honeymoon but I was definitely wrong I love Mazatlan and will go back just not to this hotel.
