When I tell people that I am heading to Tepitos, they are like «why». I am warn how unsafe it is and why go there. Well it is because I want my first bowl of migas that makes this market so popular. This bowl has tons of bit of fat and cartilage and it is very hearty. I never had soup like this in the state. If you did not have this bowl when you come to Mexico then you have not been to Mexico at all.
