We spent new year in Tijuana so we decided to venture into rosarito since it’s just a hop and a skip away. for the most part everything was closed due to the holiday so when we saw vince’s we thought score since it’s a mariscos joint also. They greeted us as soon as we walked in but once we sat down we were ignored for at least 10 minutes. Then we called over what looked like the only waiter working, and he said that we have to be patient since the workers had gotten the day off. My mother and father in law order a plate that came with shrimp, half lobster, scallop and rice combo. I opted for a siete mares soup since it was really cold out. We waited a while for our food but keep in mind it was a holiday weekend, it was one of the only places in rosarito that was open and they were short staffed. For some reason I was the last to get my soup which was fine since I thought they had me wait because they wanted it the right temperature. Come to see and taste that my soup was room temp and as I ate it, it only got cold. I didn’t finish it for that only reason. all in all it was a good place just customer service wasn’t up to par.

Wouldn’t go back. Lobster was just ok, not great. Everything else from the soup, salad and service was very poor. Not worth going to.

Let me start by saying this restaurant seemed very promising, we were very excited to eat here.
We ordered our drinks the waitress took 10 minutes to bring us our salsa and chips and drinks. We were optimistic and continued to put a smile on our faces, we followed by ordering our Food, when we asked her what were the sides on the plates she had no idea ! She would have to refer back to another waitress. This was annoying and inconvenient, all we wanted to know were the options of sides ! This soon became really annoying and we didn’t want to ask for anything else ! It would either take her to long or she wouldn’t know what it was .
When we received our food my tostadas de haiba (crab meat) looked disgusting !! I’ve never sent anything back but I was starving and this plate was not appealing ! It smelled disgusting !!! We sent that plate back. My sister ordered mojara Frita (fried fish) the fish was old and not good !
My second attempt at a dish was carne asada with rice and beans, this plate was decent. But at this point the whole group was pist we had to pay for mediocre food and horrible service.
There is so much more authenticity to street food. It never fails .
This restaurant is a poor excuse for Mexican food, you will be better of skipping this restaurant. Walk away to the nearest taco stand !

Excellent seafood option and one of the few places within walking distance of our hotel to get some lobster. Service was friendly and you can’t beat the low cost.

The Service sucks. The caldo or soup was good. The shrimp cocktail was wired I had to prep it my self. I had to ask the waiter to clean our table 3 times we asked for more coffee and it never came.

Desde que uno se va acercando a este sitio la arquitectura llama la atención, me hizo recordar alguna zona del puerto de san Francisco.
Y un poco mas cerca pudres ver que s errata de un restaurante muy bien decorado construido en madera y de nombre El Viejo Muelle del Vinces. Cuenta con una terraza en la parte alta, mesas y sillas en la banqueta para que el comensal pueda elegir si prefiere comer o tomar un café ya sea en el interior o el exterior del resta.
Otro punto muy interesante de este sitio único en rosario es el que cuentan con un mercado de pescados con una gran variedad de pesacado y marisco fresco ademas de langosta viva, pero si no eres un amante de los productos del mar también son muy buenos preparando cortes de carne, como sugerencia acompaña tu platillo con una botella de vino d ella región.
En definitiva recomiendo este sitio.

Service can b tiny bit slow. But this place is great for family and the food is really good– and reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate 2 come here.
