A place with proper, old-fashioned bakery food in the city, eat-in or takeaway.
Here they sell pastries, pies, slice, and cakes at lightning speed to hungry lunchtime shoppers. It’s always busy here because the food is always fresh, delicious, and incredibly low-priced, and the coffee is reliable too.
My favourite are the sandwiches — they’re $ 4.50 and they’re big enough to feed an army. Packed with good-quality ingredients that actually taste like real food, rather than processed grossness, this makes Hollywood my best little CBD secret for the kind of comfort food that only bakeries can offer. Never fails to please.
