They sell spoil fruits and vegies in a bag and cheating customers with fairly high price.
I've request for refund and refused. Dirty shop not friendly staff. They can't communicate in proper language.
Pls be careful doing shopping in this shop.

Mt Roskill Fresh has become my first stop for fruit and vege shopping. It’s a little bit out of the way but it’s definitely worth it. All fresh produce is usually a couple of dollars per kilo cheaper than the supermarket if not more. And there are always some really amazing specials. Last week it was avocados for $ 0.47! They weren’t small or past their prime either. I got 4 and was so stoked that I went back the next day to get more but alas they had increased to $ 0.99(still a good price). I always buy a couple of bunches of coriander which is usually around $ 0.30 a bunch, bargain! They have a great selection of fruit and veges as well as meat and fish. Like the fruit and veg, the meat is a lot cheaper than the supermarket but it doesn’t have free range pork or chicken. They have all your favourite Asian spice pastes, sauces, noodles and snacks albeit not that much cheaper than elsewhere. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and in need of some fresh produce.

Will definitely visit again! No smell at all! Very good prices on veges(better than PnS) and some great specials too. But meat and fish are similar price to PnS, during my first visit. Lots of Asian cooking sauces ingredients available too. Popular place.

Oh dear. I’m not sure how long this place has been open but I was driving past and needed milk and after spying the freshly painted carpark and the sign saying avocados 99 cents each, drove on in with the anticipation of discovery. The carpark is fab as far as carparks go — fresh black ashphalt, fresh white paint, more than enough room for the busiest day. Unfortunately, almost the moment you get out of the car the smell hits you — classic, revolting rotting rubbish. And they have the word«fresh» in their name:(Propelled onwards by the shiny newness glimpsed through the automatic doors, I held my breath while grabbing a basket(worse luck they were all stuck together by substances unknown) and managed to get in through the flash«proper supermarket» entry gate. Holding my breath while rapidly scanning for the promised avocados, I was well within the shop before it was safe to breathe again. What a literally foul first impression. Once inside though, happily this place has it sorted. It is the real deal full supermarket with a massive range of fresh fruit and veg, long strips of freezers full of all kinds of Asian delights alongside the usual stock standards(I never knew you could get vegetarian«pork buns» but truly no pork just shredded cabbage and Chinese mushroom). There’s also a fish counter and butchery any chain supermarket would be proud of. You can find every kind of noodle, seaweed product, rice and flavour enhancer/condiment you could want. If I had more time I would have spent half an hour perusing the spice pastes, Chinese sweets and crazy sodapops. While the smell is a back-of-the-brain worry, I like to think that one day I will be able to forget the ponk and go buy some of the extremely well priced fresh fish. It’s all displayed really well, iced up and shiny fresh. There’s whole fish, fillets, shellfish — everything. And best of all, priced well below what we are all used to here on our lovely islands. My only other gripe about this place is that while the delicacies abound, I could not find the milk I wanted. There was a lot of bulk soya milk(much of it Tofu Shop branded), white top milk, dark blue top milk, green top milk, full fat milk… but only one bottle in the whole place of light blue milk. It was Meadowfresh and it was $ 4.99. I left with no milk(went to Fruitworld) but did have two avocados, a big bargain bag of dried black beans and a large can of spicy wasabi peas. Unfortunately the wasabi peas cost around a dollar more than I normally pay for them but they can be hard to find so I cut my losses. I would recommend this place for cheap fruit, vege, meat and fish and definitely take time to peruse and buy the Asian speciality goods. Once the rubbish ponk is removed this place will no doubt be a destination spot for those very things. I do love the variety and choice we now have in Auckland!
