Sierra Cafe

Due to the fact that my office building is really close by to Sierra Café, I usually pop in in the morning after my shift to grab a coffee because I’m a nightshift worker and I literally CANNOT function without it I tell you. It’s becoming a bit of a dependency but I suppose it’s better than hitting the bottle at half past seven in the morning.
The coffee from Sierra is really rather good, which explains why they have kept my patronage in a marketplace filled to the brim with café’s and coffee purveyors.
The other day I went out for brekky with the work crew and ordered my usual eggs Benedict which to my disappointment came slightly cold and with hard boiled eggs instead of poached. I asked the waitress for it to be redone and she took it away no questions asked and she returned it to me in much better condition.
I am a believer in second chances after all, so I may be back to try the breakfast options again. Coffee definately

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smilier smile than from the woman who took our order last time I visited Sierra. And we got another one when she brought our order over to our table (very promptly too). But then I’ve always had excellent, friendly service here.
Sierra is a big café, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, that fills up quickly with workers and students from the nearby campuses.
The selection of cabinet food is great — fresh and appetising, and not just the usual stuff. And, kind of unusually, Sierra has always been immaculately clean everytime I’ve been there.
