I’m a sucker for good coffee & TBH I generally go for a non-​chain, cool vibe, awesome eats w/​free wifi kinda place. But this is about friendly service, staff that remember you and good coffee. I’m happy to say I get it from here in Botany. I’m a Venti guy & I enjoy it. It’s comfy here. The eats aren’t too bad tho it does seem a lil’ mass produced & airplane-​food-​ish!
That aside, I do like the coffee & the service deserves a repeated positive mention. So many eateries, cafes in the 09 aren’t that savvy when it comes to good, genuine people skills & service. That’s a huge let down. So it’s a pleasant surprise when I get good service.

Service has been great every time I come. Not so crowded and busy after 6pm. Coffee is always good (Vanilla Flat White) Perfect place to go on a shopping break lol I’d definitely come here again.

There’s something truly special about a restaurant that not only allows you to study there for hours, making mad gestures and spilling coffee through endless laughter, but also offers you free coffee if you sit there for long enough. Yes, I got my first taste of a Toffee Nut latte here at Botany’s Starbucks, and keep going back every Christmas season for more. It’s a great marketing technique! The staff are friendly, attempt to always say your name right when yelling it out for pick up, and keep the place looking really tidy. I’ve always thought the décor of Starbucks was a bit too kitsch, but this one feels really open and well spaced. I never feel like I’m infringing on someone’s privacy, unless I sit in one particular spot. Otherwise, the seats are comfy and it’s in a handy place when you’re doing a day’s shopping.
My downside is their food looks a bit un-​appetizing sometimes — perhaps they should change it around more often?
