I’ve stopped in a couple times now recently and the place is what you’d expect for a sushi takeaway in the Northcote shops. Sushi is priced from $ 1.00, the pieces are on the small side with not much filling. However they have a decent variety including hot items such as chicken or salmon karage, takoyaki and deep fried rice. Also typical customer service usually experienced in Northcote. Ok if you are stranded in the area with a hankering for sushi.

This little sushi place is quite handy to pop into if you’re passing through the Northcote shops, with a few parks right outside the front door usually available. It’s pretty decent value for money, with most rolls $ 1.20, although some of the sushi is a bit pricier per piece, and you’ve got the nearby Food City sushi which is $ 1 per piece, although probably not such good quality.
They have a range of sushi and hot food available to pick per piece, although it seems they produce a limited amount of everything, so it’s not always available if you’re late picking up lunch. They have a little seating area and you can order hot meals made to order as well. Not top Japanese but good quality and handy on-​the-​run.
