Without wishing to disagree with the previous reviewer, but in my experience the staff here are neither friendly nor chatty. The woman who took our order did so brusquely and then ignored us while the other people made the food and she played with her phone. Which is totally fine, I was with my brother and we didn’t require someone to entertain us, sitting and chatting was fine. But I don’t want people to get the idea that this is your friendly small-​town local where everybody knows your name. While some of the staff might be lovely, this is a franchise fast food place like any other, with its rotating array of part time teenagers. Some of them will be lovely, some of them will be abrupt, hopefully none of them will actually be blatantly rude to you. Probably all of them will make you some decent pizzas, because Hell are usually quite good for that.

Yum yum yum. Hell pizza is so good right! I’m a big fan
I especially like this Titirangi village spot because the people are so friendly and prompt there. They just get onto it and then chat away with you while you await your order, either that or you can sit at the seats and tables perched out front.
It’s cool because you can watch them work away at your pizzas because they (unlike most pizza places) don’t hide what they are doing. Which is awesome. And more importantly it makes you trust what you’re biting into!
