Inside Bergen Rock Cafe

This is the 2^nd Inside Rock Café in Bergen, but I would give the same review to both places.
I would like to give this place five stars, because their burgers are great, and reasonably priced for Norway. But that’s the only thing they have going for themselves in terms of a restaurant. More often than not I feel like it’s amateur hour, because I only end up with food about every other time I go. Me and my family went today, and it was another disaster, and it might be the last time I even bother.
We decided to go on a Sunday afternoon (two adults and one child). We knew that they stopped taking orders by phone a little while ago, and decided that since atleast one of us would have to wait there anyway, we would just go together and eat there. This restaurant is much bigger than their first one, so we thought that the worst case would be that we didn’t get a table, but then we would just get some food to-​go. When we came all the tables were taken (the place was not full though, most of their tables are for 6 – 8 people and most of them were occupied by 2 – 4 people). We thought about just waiting for a table, and decided to ask how long the wait was for food. Even though we could see that most people had their food, the wait was a full 40 minutes (yes, FORTY, and the place wasn’t even full!). Since we had a hungry toddler with us we didn’t want to first wait for a table, and then atleast 40 minutes for food and decided the best thing was to order our food to-​go and pick it up later. But wouldn’t you know, they no longer do take away on the weekends! I had been on the website the day before, and I had to check again after getting home, and it doesn’t say anywhere that they only do take away on weekdays. We’ve ordered food to-​go several times before, including weekends, and you’d think they would write something on their website about a new policy, especially since people know not to call in advance anyway.
I wonder how much food they can make at once (I should say burgers, since that’s what people order), it can’t be more than a couple. Which feels like a joke.
If you are eating there, make sure you ask how long the wait is before you order, for this location and the other one. I know so many people that have ordered in small groups, but are served upto 30 minutes apart. And no, they won’t let you know unless you ask.
