I’ve popped into this bar a couple of times for large group gatherings. It’s a fairly good place as the bar will let you book the place for large parties. The beer is ok and food is acceptable when you’ve had a couple. I wouldn’t have go there for a meal but each group event has been good and I’ve never had to wait for very long at the bar. The layout of the pub is ok but there is a small gap to the bar where the toilet is located which is a bit of a pain. Over all want a place to do an event and this is a possibility
