They have a tasteful and fresh orange juice. Pastries are amazing. Quesito pastry is the best. Coffee is great as well. Strong. Customer service was great. Nice people.

Altamira Bakery has the greatest sandwiches! From the Croquet sandwich to the Mayorca con Jamón y queso we had yesterday. Also, their coffee is second to none. My sons favorites are the croquets, he eats numerous of them for breakfast.

I love the«sándwich de biftec» and the«croquetas de pollo» from here. I really can’t describe how amazing these two foods are. Altamira is definitely one of my favorite places to eat at for breakfast. I looks recommend it in a heartbeat. During weekends, it gets really full(long line) and you might have to wait a little because of how popular it is(many people go).

Since i was a little girl, my daddy and i would go have breakfast together here on ‘i am lazy and don’t want to cook’ sunday mornings. He would always bring some fresh-squeezed orange juice to mami. I usually order the pastelillo de guayaba or avena(with the right consistency) and puertorrican coffee while i wait and the breakfast sandwhich or the toast with scrambled eggs as my main dish. Daddy usually ordered the eggs sunny side up with ham and toast. Everything was delicious i just wish i had gotten more scrambled eggs… but never mind me, i’m a hungry girl. Would i return? Probably if i was in the area. I’ve been to other bakerys that have bigger portions but this one is literally walking distance from where my mom lives.

Very good bakery. Better known for their sandwiches and great bread. The downside is that a sandwich costs around $ 9. They are worth the money since it comes loaded with meat. I would come here once a month unless I had a fat wallet and wouldn’t mind the cost. Coffee is very good, fresh orange juice, service is so-so. But they have never been characterized by their service.

Everything is delicious. The white bread has a sweet taste. And the«quesitos» are the best I ever tasted, caramelized and with full of cheese.

Great bakery. The best in the area(Guaynabo city). They are famous for the Bictec sandwich, but I prefer the Cubano sandwich. Both are delicious, fresh and large. For breakfast, the scrambled eggs and Pan sobao toast are a plate of heaven in the morning. Don’t leave without eating one or two of their Croquetas de Jamon.

Best«sandwich de bistec» you’ll ever have! Great, closely-knitt & friendly staff. I could eat breakfast here everyday if I could.

Favorite Bakery Since 1984(the day I was born). Café con leche –Jugo de Naranja Natural — Sugar Dounuts — Turkey Sandwich — Media Noche — Sandwich de Viste If you have had these here, then you haven’t had the best of the Bakery. PLUS ask them about their specials, or the old guy sitting in the corner. He’s cool!
