What else is there to say about a restaurant that brings you a dozen different kind of meats until you can no longer eat anything. Brazilian steakhouse that caters to serious meat eaters. Everything from from chicken, steak, lamb, etc.
You even start off with the large salad bar that includes cheeses, soups, breads and of course salad. The wines and spirits are plentiful and he waitstaff was also great. We stayed at the Caribe Hilton which is walking distance from the restaurant so that was a bigger bonus. If you like a tasty (and big) carnivorous meal, this is the place to go.

Meat sweats… Could have just eaten the salad bar and been alright! Sea bass was good as well. Great service but a little shady when you ask for water (other cocktails were ordered) and the bill comes charging you 6.50 a pop for «bottled water» that was clearly poorer from recycled bottles. The waiter asked us if we would like «sparkling or flat water?»
I’m not sure why a restaurant that charges $ 50 a plate for dinner would need to work this angle just to upcharge service (with a party of 13). Needless to say, I was not pleased with this gimmick. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars…

We had a wonderful time. The food was all delicious, the meat was wonderful and the salad bar was full of great choices. Our 2 year old loved it too, and it was nice to see many families there at the same time. It is an upscale place, but kids are welcome. Ours loved the meat on swords and all the fresh fruit and cheese.

Outstanding as always. The salad bar was endless with great offerings. The meat was tender and delicious. The beat one which is a must try is the garlic steak. So flavorful. Fogo doesn’t disappoint! The staff was attentive and extremely helpful. The views were amazing! The valet parking was included! We went at lunch and price was extremely reasonable! If in area definitely give it a try!

My sister and I took my father for his birthday here and I’m super happy with our experience. The quality was top notch and the staff was super polite. The meats were well season and cooked perfectly.
The bread filled with cheese was delicious, along with everything else. The salad bar is fresh and has a very good selections. The butternut squash soup was creamy and silky. I love white rice and black beans so that was a plus.
The ambiance was nice and quiet. The view from the dining room was beautiful of the bay. I highly recommend Fogo De Chao at this location as the steakhouse to go.

I don’t know why I don’t like these kind of steakhouses. The food is good, service is good, and the drinks are good. Just the premise of getting your dinner 1 piece at a time from 10 different guys freaks me out. The location on Unilocal makes you think that it’s in the Caribe Hilton but it’s around the corner. Walk towards the water and turn right. It’s 100 yards down the waterfront.

The best meal we had on our entire trip to Puerto Rico. We went for lunch instead of dinner, same menu but $ 20 cheaper per person. We spent most of the meal looking at each other and saying OMG. Go hungry and leave stuffed.

A very average Fogo de Chao. This chain is so different in their various locations; this one in San Juan is not at their best game. Some cuts have been kept warm for way too long and were chewy, even though there were a few good ones. There were only about 10 other guests in this really big place for dinner, which felt kind of creepy.

Loved this place. Good salad selection. The fruit salad with papaya was delicious. Meat was very good and not too salty. Lots of variety too. The lamb was good but better once they brought the mint sauce.

Saturday evening at 7 we were seated within 15 minutes. Food was great, meat is amazing. Mashed potato is really good. Fried bananas are amazing, my 11 year old ate 3 portions. Considering that he tried it for the first time, it says a lot about the taste. Tried new things like bamboo shoot. So so taste, but interesting to try. Pineapple is very fresh along with fresh papaya. I love having it with meat. Also, they have rice and soups and good deserts. Had fried pineapple with vanilla ice cream. Really good and not heavy at all.

The place is gorgeous, the view, one of the best in town, the service is excellent. I have a toddler and the servers have always been so good with her, even trying to entertain her and make her laugh. The food? Oh the food… So so good. Every meat cut perfectly roasted and seasoned. The salad bar has so many excellent offerings its difficult to choose. So I choose a little of everything. I have no idea how good desserts are. I am so full by then, I have not had the chance to order one. During week days, the lunch is almost half priced, which is an excellent deal. I am planning on becoming a regular.

Had an amazing dinner last night. Very well managed great service. Petite fillet was great. Since it was Thanksgiving there was turkey and sweet potatoes etc all very good. The cocktails were also great. A must if you are in Condado.

My husband and I are in PR celebrating our one year anniversary. We have been to Fogo many times back home in Houston, so we decided to try it here in PR. At the least, this restaurant is AMAZING. The service was impeccable, the meat was seasoned to perfection, everything was perfect. The ambiance and view is top of the line. We had such an amazing experience… we can’t go to another Fogo ever again because his Fogo has set the bar SO high. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Well worth the money. My favorite meat was the Churrasco and a GREAT dessert to die for is the Caramelized Pineapple.

Not impressed at all. We have been in PR for 2 weeks and this was our last dinner on the island. We wanted to save the «best» for last. Unfortunately this was not even close to the best .
I had 3 other steak houses booked but I really wanted to try this place .
The salad bar was not satisfying at all, lettuce was brown, selection was not impressive and the soup and rice was terrible .
The beef that came to our table was over cooked. We said medium and every piece was well or medium well. The short ribs of beef had no flavor and were very tough. The garlic sirloin was past well done. Very sad. The ribeye was overlooked and not seasoned. The waitress disappeared after we sat and I had to ask a bread girl for a pitcher of sangria .
Very very dissatisfied with this place.

I came here for an all-​expenses paid company dinner. This was my first time at a Brazilian Steak house. Their market table/​salad bar had a lot of options. The cheesy bread and caramelized bananas were good. I didn’t care too much for the polenta. I’m not huge on beef, but their chicken, pork sausage, and pork ribs were really good. Their butternut squash soup was delicious. I went back for seconds. Their key lime pie, chocolate mousse cake, and New York style cheesecake were all amazing.

I have been to Fogo de Chao at many locations in the States and was very excited when this one opened in San Juan. It has a terrific location with a view of the ocean and is in the touristy area of Condado. However, the food was just okay and didn’t have that much flavor. They really didn’t have much of a salad bar as well but I was really wanting a lot of good meats and they just didn’t deliver.
