Nice people but the restaurant was vile, purely vile. The silverware was filthy — not just a little dirty or stained, but not even washed with large food remnants still in tact. I don’t understand how someone can wrap silverware in a napkin and hand out such dirty silverware to customers. Perhaps if this only happened once it would be ok, but we received several sets of silverware that were disgusting. The food quality was also poor — I’m hoping I don’t get any food poisoning. At least parking was free.

This restaurant smells like dirty bathrooms after a music festival! We paid, get seated, looked at the buffet and went back to the cashier to ask for a refund! Sizzler Please do something about it!!! Put some money on remodeling and fix whatever is causing that horrible odor!!! Such a shame because the location is right on the San Juan Marina! The view is spectacular! But how that heck I would enjoy that view, with such a bad smell and food that it was not appealing at all!

There’s a plethora of food and it’s affordable for those watching their wallets. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant, so I’m not sure what these reviewers expect. You’ve come to sizzlers and you’re getting sizzlers grade food. I enjoyed it! There’s also a great view of the water and boats!

The sevice was extremely slow. I ordered the buffet, and other than an amazing spinch salad, the food was terrible. Much of it was unrecognizable. Wish I’d looked at Unilocal before I went!

The food is not very delicious. My husband ordered a well-done beef steak, hard like a stone… The clueless waitress did not refill our drinks not even once. I had buffet, the steaks and fried chicken was awful. Plenty choices of fresh veggie, fruit, soup though. The buffet is okay for its price(lunch 9.99 dinner11.99)… Anyway, not very satisfactory, maybe due to the difficulty of communication, it attracts big crowd still.

Not sure where to begin the food was terrible, steak was dry the all you can eat shrimp were over cooked. The passion fruit sangria was good as was the fried chicken on the buffet. It would’ve been nice to have the food on the buffet labeled so you knew exactly what you were eating rather than guessing. Buffets are what you expect them to be but this was awful, we waited for a great while to get utensils, a customer started cursing at our server demanding his money back making a scene because he was fed up with the service. It wasn’t worth the $ 50 + spent for two people. I wish I could get my money back.

In desperate need of a Spring Cleanning. I mean crumble cleanning and deep carpet cleanning. Rush. Otherwise, amazing views of the bay and good buffet. Very friendly staff and could be such a good place to go if they just realize how important this is. I hope they do! Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. I am a repeat customer and will come back in the future.

El servicio es pésimo, si le toca un mesero bueno se salva. La vista hacia la bahía y el club náutico vale la pena. La temperatura del salón comedor no es la mejor más aún cuando el local esta lleno. Reemplazar algo que se terminó del bufé como las sopas o el pollo toma mucho tiempo. Si la máquina de helado funciona aproveche pq casi siempre está en las últimas o la mezcla no tiene buena consistencia.

Im embarrassed to even say I ate here, let alone while I was in Puerto Rico. Let me first say, I do not like buffets nor do I like to eat at these buffet type restaurants because I find the food to be of cheap quailty and not worth my money. But, my boyfriend and I have a difference of opinion and he wanted to eat here so I gave in just because there was nothing else nearby. Let me say, this experience was WORSE than I even imagined it would be. First of all, this place was crowded! Why, is beyond me but people were everywhere! Second, they have pictures of their menu items on the wall so I wanted to order a baked potato. Well, we get to the cashier who speaks little to no English and from what I can decipher is that I wont be getting a baked potato. So my plan to avoid the buffet goes to crap. There was a line of people waiting so I just ordered the buffet to get out of the line. But why display pictures of baked potatoes all over your menu if you do not serve them?! Ummm, false advertisement? Ok, so where to begin with all of screw ups after we ordered our food. So they give me a plate with no silverware to eat on the buffet. I ask a man employee for silverware and he says were not his table. Ok, I dont give a crap if Im your table or not, how do you expect me to eat without a fork?! So, we wait and wait and wait. Nobody comes by and I have a plate full of hot food that is now getting cold. So I decide to go up front to the cashier and I tell the lady I dont have any silverware. She doesnt give me any either and runs off somewhere. Its probably 20 minutes later that someone brings me silverware and our drinks and my boyfriends steak plate is nowhere to be found. I remind the waitress of his steak and she takes our reciept and returns 10 minutes later with his steak. Now onto the buffet. Could yall please put labels of what the food is?! I had no clue what more than ½ of the entrees were on the line! The lettuce for the salad bar was blah. It was old and wilted. I managed to get some decent salad later when they replaced the lettuce. But besides that all I ate was macaroni and cheese and a roll. I was surprised to see the employees dont even warm the rolls. The lady was taking them straight out of the bag and putting them on the line. The buffet was also very limited on choices and small/crowded. By far one of the worst customer service experiences of all time. They need to get their store better managed and better employees who care about customer service. Having to sit for more than 20 minutes just to get silverware is beyond me. Get it together sizzler! On another note, now I dont have to eat at another sizzler again because my boyfriend was pissed too! Wooohooo!
