This place was amazing. It’s hard to find, you’ll drive right by if you aren’t paying attention. The fish is divine and the drinks are not weak(always a plus while on vacation). It’s 100% what it’s called, Good Vibes… If you like seafood with a twist of Caribbean flavor this place is perfect for you. ENJOY!

The food was okay at best. Service was slow considering we were the only ones eating dinner here. However most of our group could not finish or begin to eat their meals. First little bugs were crawling on the floor and biting one of the girls legs. There were ants all over the floor and a giant cockroach that wanted to make besties with my wife… there goes the appetite. Sanitation is definitely in question at this restaurant. Almost all of the meals were chicken. The menu was a typed up piece of paper with about 9 entrees and nothing else on it. The place looked like the furniture was bought at a garage sale and no money was invested. If they dont take the small cheap steps to make the place presentable, whose to say they are spending money on clean dishware, silverware, and food quality. We are not very picky people but this place is gross. I would recommend any other place. We went to about seven other restaurants that were great and were not too much more expensive.

The food is amazing. I kept going back for the red beans and rice. I had the meals with chicken and also another one with fish. The prices were reasonable including a few tostones, red beans and rice, and a meat for about $ 10. The service was friendly and courteous. I drank local beer and tried their café con leche. The place has free wifi as well. I would definitely return if I’m ever back in San Juan.

Food was really good! My boyfriend and I were the only ones in the restaurant for dinner on a Tuesday night in the summer. It was kind of sketchy since there were two occasions where someone walked in and took something small from the waiter who I also assumed to be the owner of the restaurant… That aside, service was pretty good since there wasn’t any other customers. I got a shrimp mofongo for $ 11.95(SUPER delicious! I don’t even know what sauce that was! They also gave me way more shrimp than you would usually get at a restaurant), and my boyfriend got some rice with chicken and sauce for $ 9.95(I don’t remember what it was called).

Best food in Old San Juan. It’s location may be sketchy but it’s still in a great area. I had the chicharron de pollo de taste was perfect. My wife and oldest had the mofongo relleno de camarones and that too was amazing. I made my wife trade halfsies with me. My youngest had pollo a la Milanese and the sauce and chicken were also excellent. Cheapest beer in old San Juan too. Lastly they have free wifi.

As authentic as it comes. Don’t look past this place because it doesn’t have many reviews. We ate at other, very well rated restaurants with 400+ reviews and they didn’t touch the quality or authenticity found here. Yes, it’s a little hole in the wall. But we were the ONLY tourists in the entire place. People were walking in and their food was dropped in front of them a minute later. My wife got the arroz con pollo. It came out in a clay pot, piping hot and it was delicious. I got the shrimp mofongo which was also delicious. Total: $ 25. I highly recommend it.

My girlfriend and I chose to eat here on our day in Old San Juan because it looked affordable, modest and authentic. It was all of these things, and for some reason it was completely empty. I think that the server may not have spoken much English but this didn’t matter to us. I had the mofongo con camarones, which was incredible. Everywhere else in Old San Juan was considerably more expensive and really quite packed with cruise tourists. Diners was a delight.
