Very accommodating restaurant! Food focuses on local/organic Scandinavian fusion food. Menu is all pris fixe, no aka carte available. Booking is needed. Owner/chef jorgen is really nice to deal with and I loved this approach to cooking; setting the menu each day according to the best available viands. I really like the concept and would live to give this a better score since they are more than accommodating and the food was great. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of natural wines and though that the wine pairing was so odd that it brought the food down.
