Raw Food House

Etwas abseits vom Innenstadtrummel, kurz hinter dem Einkaufszentrum ‘Triangeln’ liegt das Raw Food House. Es ist sehr klein, sodass man Glück haben muss, einen Platz zu erwischen. Wir hatten dieses Glück und hatten einen gemütlichen Fensterplatz. Wie der Name erahnen lässt, gibt es hier Rohkost, außerdem alles vegan und glutenfrei. Der ganze Laden ist super gemütlich und mühevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Dieser Eindruck spiegelte sich auch im Essen wider. Wir hatten das Raw Brunch bestellt und bekamen einen liebevoll und sehr üppig gefüllten Teller mit Pad Thai Salat, Cashewjoghurt mit Superfood Topping, Sesamcracker, Beerensmoothie, Schokofudge und einem Kaffee. Das ganze für umgerechnet ca 15 €, ein absolut fairer Preis. Außerdem kann man weitere Hauptgerichte und Salate bestellen oder auch einen leckeren Kuchen/​Törtchen. Einziges kleines Manko: es wird ausschließlich Mandelmilch angeboten, für Allergiker fällt dadurch einiges von der Karte runter, eventuell könnte man mit Sojamilch Abhilfe schaffen. Ich würde aber definitiv jederzeit wieder kommen.

This place is great! The menu is a little small but everything they have is delicious. The falafel wrap is excellent and it comes with a small side salad and pickled vegetables. Also try their raw desserts!

This place is a bit of a surprise.
They serve (natural) wines, for lunch, and the décor is … Probably all hand made?
The menu includes many tasty options and my recommendation so far would be the burger; salad, pickled beets, (bean and nut?) veggie patty on an ajvaresk paste. As raw food is not normally part of my repertoire, I was happily surprised at how hearty this meal was.
From the take out fridge, there is a variety of packed lunches accompanied by chia porridge of a variety of flavors (the porridge is really lovely too)
Indoor seating is limited and tight.
Well worth a visit!

This is the real deal! Delicious, fresh, creative food and a lovely, simple vibe. The staff are also gorgeous and friendly — not bad ;) We had fresh citrus juices (orange, lemon, some other fruit, and a bit of fresh mint), a «Dagren» salad (purple cabbage, carrots, sprouts, avocado, raw pesto), and falafel wrap. Loved the wooden tables outside too. The pastries looked amazing, although we didn’t get any.

Being a guy from Texas, and not ever having been accustomed to a raw and veggie diet, I was very impressed and fulfilled with my meal and girlfriend’s meal. I indulged in the burger they offer and the gal got the variety plate. By far the best thing was the Thai-​salad on her’s. But my burger was flavorful and delightful. Not sure exactly what they use to form the patty, but definitely seemed like flax seed, sunflower seed, and a bit more. There were just too many flavors on the plate to describe this joint, but I highly recommend it no matter your food preference.
