Food is good, location is great. Completely vegan. The drinks are amazing. Board games. The staff is friendly. I visit this place quite often. Great place for vegans and/​or vegetarians in Malmö. The buffet is totally worth it, also comes with coffee and tea.

Awful. Tastes like a frozen dinner that was thawed out. I ordered the chickpea curry and it was very low level — and covered in a million raisins… what?! Why?!
My girlfriend ordered the burger– it was clearly fried and id stake a lot on it that it was previously frozen. Had a very strong taste of soy, did not taste good. Average bun and soggy vegetables.
Sad to see vegan food being represented by this restaurant.

This place is just awesome!
You have to try it!
Best vegan food in a while!
We had the filet wellington and it was soo delicious. Also it was served with a tower of potato gratin, which reminded me of my childhood.
Then the Chickpea-​Peanut Curry… oh my god! Peanut makes everything good, but this was just so tasty, I want to eat it all day!
Also the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Dont forget to try the desserts. You can also have them for take away ;)
This is a place, where not only vegans are in heaven, I’m sure. It’s just really really good food.

Came to Kao’s with three friends. One friend got the mushroom risotto, another got the curry, and I got the veef stew, as did another friend. Every dish was amazing. Mine in particular was especially delicious. One of my friends tried it and said it had such a pleasing flavor. The stew had squash and seitan and a sauce that was out of this world. It came with potatoes, flatbread, and a delicious vegan cream cheese. Not sure what kind of «cheese» it was but it blew is all away. Would recommend to vegetarians and meat eaters alike!
