Good food but the worst service and staff I’ve ever had. The green tea was lukewarm, so we complained about it and they brought us a warm one. But later when they brought us sushi, the soy sauce was unnaturally very salty. I asked the waitress who is speaking very bad English and no French and she answered«I don’t know»! After leaving the restaurant I realised how the soy sauce really unnaturally salty was. Even in Asian countries I had never had a very very salty soy sauce. There was something wrong and weird with it! In my mouth it tasted after drinking salty sea water. It lasted the whole evening and even a whole day afterwards(24 hours). Thank you Sagano: You ruined my evening and my Easter!

The food is very good but the service must be the worst in Geneva! They have tepanyaki tables which are fun and for that special evening you can ask for a private tatami room downstairs — totally Japanese! To delight your palate, try the fried tofu, it’s heaven in a bowl ;-) Vis-à-vis drinks, they have what must be one of the most extended wine selections in any restaurant in Geneva — all the way up to Petrus!!!

Took my son and daughter out to Japanese tonight wirh a work colleague and had a great night. i recommend you bool the tatami mats area in the basement where you can eat in private areas and enjoy the experience of sitting on the floor using the slippers provided. What’s good? the food is great(although not typical Japanese it is pretty close) The service was good-we even had a buzzer to call the waitress to the room. we ordered shabu shabu and chicken teriyaki. The green tea ice cream is awesome! Whats bad? The small bottles of sake(i wanted for 4 and was given barely enough for one. the music-was non existent and not atmospheric when it was played. None of the staff were Japanese! that said i would go again-worth it
