Ultra-bobo, ultra-surfait, nourriture médiocre et en très petit quantité. Soi-disant bio, attire toutes les victimes en manqué de pseudo-originalité. La chasse, par exemple, est servie sous forme hachée bbhhh Sans compter des tarifs exorbitants ! A fuir !

Im Anfang von L’AUBIER stand die bio-logisch-dynamische Landwirtschaft. L’AUBIER ist bei der Weiterentwicklung der biodynamischen Ideen in Praxis, Forschung und Ausbildung engagiert, sowohl in der Schweiz wie auch auf internationaler Ebene.
Inzwischen ist auch ein kleines Oeko-Hotel dazu gekommen. Ich werde es ausprobieren. Der Ruf ist gut!

This place is a great place with many aspects: eco-restaurant, eco-hotel, eco-farm, eco-shop You can go in the afternoon after a tonic walk in the area and enjoy a hot chocolate with the milk from the farm with a home made tart. That used to be our favourite and it gave our promenade an outstanding goal.
You can enjoy a family lunch with the kids, around a meal of veal from the farm, vegetables and light sauces, and of course a sere (fromage blanc) from the farm.
And if you are new to the area the hotel has great offers: simple rooms in an eco structure, or regular cozy rooms in the main building.
Structure is in expansion with new building.
You can stop downtown Neuchatel in the little café for some tea or even lunch. Cozy and very nice to get there.
