Ayant habité de nombreuses années à Prangins, quitter Fayet fut le plus dur lors de mon déménagement… Leurs pains, leurs viennoiseries(pain choco-banane, pain a la framboise, serpent et autres régals) sont à tomber ! De plus l’équipe est vraiment VRAIMENT sympa: on nous a fait goûter des choses sortant du four nombre de fois, ils peuvent vous réserver des pains au chocolat(pralines ! Miam) le dimanche matin si vous comptez venir les chercher pour votre brunch… Bref, de loin la meilleure boulangerie que j’ai jamais testée !

I hit the bakery jackpot when I chose to live in Prangins. I have tried many bakeries in Switzerland, and hands down for baked bread, this place wins every time. Their baguette rustic is a family favorite. They make bread like I have never tasted before. I don’t know what the secret is, but it just tastes better than any other place. It is open until 6:30pm during the week, closed Saturday, and open until 12:30pm on Sunday’s. Another bonus! I love that my village market and bakery are open Sunday morning, when everywhere else in Switzerland is closed(most everywhere anyways). Another favorite is the banana chocolate croissant. That is saved for special treats and visitors. They do serve some pastries as well, and I haven’t tried them. The bread alone is good enough, who needs desserts!
