Visited Filmfluss, the outdoor film festival, the other day. Liked the rather cosy and comfortable ambience. Take a drink at the bar and settle down on the bathing jetty. Relax and enjoy the movie.

My favorite place for swimming in Zurich!
This place is really amazing. I’ve been here a dozen times and enjoy it every time. Up top, there’s a great kiddie splash pool with a big mushroom fountain in the middle and a frog slide on the side. Kids have a blast in it. There’s also a full size swimming pool for those who like to swim in water that’s more than knee deep. The river bath below is cool and jammed packed on sunny hot summer days with divers, swimmers, floaters, and sun-bathers alike.
The café serves up delicious fresh food/salads and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The small playground next to the café definitely come in handy for those with kids who want to enjoy a bite in peace at the picnic tables. Plus the whole place is fully enclosed so you don’t have to worry about your toddler breaking out.
The fact that this awesome place in Zurich actually has FREE entrance really makes it as good as it gets! :)

Le ‘Unterer Letten’ est un bain public sur la Limmat!
Plus tranquille que son voisin le (oberen) Letten.
J’aime bien le fait d’être sur l’eau pour prendre le soleil ou lire un livre, et de pouvoir me rafraichir dans la rivière.
L’eau y est super propre puisque que le bain se situe après un barrage.
On remonte la rivière à pied et on se laisse porter par l’eau pour sortir à la fin du bain.
Pas vraiment conseillé pour les enfants en bas âge naturellement.

De mai en aout, les mardis soirs le bain se transforme en bar:
