Solo champis, producto estrella y de la
zona, sabor suave y grado de aceite medio.
Viniendo de Zaragoza, con el super champi que tenemos en el tubo solo puedo decir que me quedo con el de mi ciudad, más grasiento? si, pero con mucho más sabor.
No es el único champis que hay en la zona del laurel, probamos el primero y con esa sensación (unánime) nos quedamos.

El pincho de champiñones es su tapa estrella. Está muy buena, pero para mí es un poco sosa. Le falta algo. Las bebidas como en los locales de alrededor. Como otros, está en mi top tres.

De los bares de pintxos de la calle Laurel, el Ángel está en mi top tres. Y los demás están muy ricos, pero esos champis a la plancha, ÑAM. Con su aceitillo y coronados con la gamba (pues bueno). Aunque, para mi, le sobra el pan.
Luego, la oferta de bebibles es similar a los bares de alrededor.

GET THE MUSHROOMS! Not that you have an alternative, since pure tapas bars in Logrono specialise in only 1 or 2 items. There may not be a lot of options in each place, but damn if they don’t do their food of choice well!
Bar Angel has the best mushroom offering by far. White button mushrooms are seared in garlic butter on a hot grill then impaled on a toothpick and topped with a tiny shrimp. The tower is then placed on top of a fresh slice of baguette with rivers of garlicky butter pouring down like a layered waterfall of heart-​stopping goodness.
For € 1.20, it’s hard to find a better snack and the minute wait between receiving your order and eating it is pure torture. So much so, that you will likely choose to risk the burned tongue than deprive yourself any longer. It was unanimously voted the best tapas in town by our group of 7 foodies.
I’d recommend a chilled glass of house white or a calimucho (red wine with Coca-​cola) to soothe your overheated taste buds.
