I went to this bar with my brother in July 2013. It was a local bar and restaurant with typical Spanish cuisine which I understand was well regarded by the locals. The lady who owned it made and impression and when we didn’t quite finish our food she thought something was wrong. There was nothing wrong we were just full!!! The place was in featured in few local magazines. Sadly, I discovered in September 2014, the place has now closed. I would love to know why or maybe they just moved? The was no indication on the outside that they had moved. If anyone knows why I would love to know

Everything we ate here was so fresh, succulent and tasty. It was our best meal so far in Madrid. The lady chef came to our table to take our order and was so kind with our lack of perfect Spanish. The fried fish that had been marinated in paprika was astounding! The tiny whole fried squid were amazing! The garlic marinated pork loin was incredible. The oyster mushrooms(Setas) were mindblowing. We were so well taken care of! The wines were delicious and the whole staff were incredibly helpful and polite. This is an undiscovered gem!!! Everyone visiting Madrid must come here for incredible, unpretentious and very affordable home-style cuisine, a wonderful discovery!!!
