My sister and I got very lucky when we got relocated to this hotel. I had originally booked a new and trendy hostel right by Plaza Mayor but about a week before our arrival I got an e-​mail saying my hostel had a power failure and they were not able to host us for the week we booked. We ended up paying the hostel our rate and they took care of our reservation here.
The staff was always very helpful. I e-​mailed ahead of time to confirm we indeed had a reservation and they were prompt on ensuring me I had accommodation for our stay. We also asked the front desk about local and reasonably priced flamenco shows and they pointed us in the right direction. They always greeted us with a smile when we walked through the lobby.
The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Its nothing luxurious but it was CLEAN and that was good enough for me. They had free WiFi throughout the hotel as well. Our booking included breakfast which was pretty good for an European breakfast. Make sure you go before 10am (it gets pretty crowded then). The location was hard to beat as its right on La Gran Via and you have the Plaza Espana metro station just a block away. It is pretty much walking distance to any part of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Para ser un hotel de tres estrellas es magnífico. Habitaciones muy-​muy limpias y amplias, con suelos de tarima. Está en plena Gran Vía, muy bien comunicado con el metro. Personal muy atento y amable. Muy buen buffet de desayunos. Buena relación calidad-​precio.

nombre americano, pero en una calle muy madrileña
Este hotel de nombre americano esta situado en la centrica calle madrileña de Gran Via, cerca de la pLaza de España. Mas de un centenar de habitaciones con baño propio, aire acondicionado y Tv lo hacen digno de sus tres estellas, situado junto a un parking publico, te hacen descuento si eres residente, ademas los propios aparcacoches te lo recogen y traen a la puerta

en la calle mas comercial de madrid
Se encuentra en la gran via, la calle mas comercial de madrid, al lado de la plaza de españa, las habitaciones a pesar del precio son bastante buenas, con baño propio y aire acondicionado son estupendas para pasar la noche y descansar. Aunque la calle este muy transitada por coches las ventanas tiene doble cristal y no se oyen ruidos

C’est un hotel tres confortable et tres agréable puisqu’il se trouve en plein centre de la ville. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et disposent d’une grande salle de bains avec baignoire. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une grande salle très élégante…et il est copieux!!! C’est un hotel vraiment sympathique où les gens sont tres accueillants.
