I agree with Myke. After walking back and forth on the Sitges waterfront, Lux seemed like the best option and boy were we happy we ate here.
Lux was one of the best meals my wife and I have had while in Spain.
Definitely recommend the stuffed mushrooms and salmon. Even the Nachos de Lux were surprisingly good (was just in the mood for nachos and not expecting much).
Service is excellent as well and you can’t beat sitting outside.

A great Tapas lounge overlooking the Medereranian Sea, with great food at very reasonable prices! They have a great menu, in English as well as Spanish, and a friendly staff which also speaks both. The prices are awesome for the location, with most tapas being under € 5. The drinks are also reasonably priced, and they have some exotic ones in addition to regular beer/​wine/​cocktails.
My favorite dishes were the Stuffed Mushrooms and Chicken Croquets. The mushrooms had a creamy sauce, stuffed with a rich cheese (I think Gouda) and bacon. Simply to die for! The Croquets were stuffed full and lightly fried, topped in olive oil and served over greens.
As an American visitor to Sitges, I didn’t see any place better on the beachfront. Everywhere else was either over priced or under quality! I can’t wait to go back to Lux and try some more!
