food was grand but sadly the service let us down — hence the 3 stars. We sat in this restaurant for over an hour. The waitress wasn’t the fastest person in the world and lacked the basic skills for being a waitress.
She was the only person waiting on the tables and this is were the problem lies: She took our order but set the food down rather than ask who’s was who. This happened throughout our time here with people having to switch plates. Also took our drinks order then set them down, again for the wrong people. Nor was she wasn’t the warmest person.

Decent. This place was elegantly decorated. We ordered chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, and tarka daal (a yellow lentil). We ordered everything mild as we have young children. Chicken tikka masala was a hit with the kids (as it usually is). It was not as rich and buttery as I had though it would be. Saag paneer had small bits of onion and of course cubes of paneer… was great. The tarka daal was good… a little more texture than we’re used to. Overall great place to eat. Passionfruit juice wasn’t up on the menu but I asked for it and it was refreshingly good! Server was polite and attentive (we were the only ones for a while, since we dined early).
