Meliá Sitges

My wife and I stayed here for three days on a vacation in Sitges. The rooms were clean and very practical and aesthetically pleasing. Ours also had a beautiful view. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job cleaning the room each morning. The lobby was spacious and beautiful. The staff were very helpful every time we needed something. They lent us a power adapter with no fuss, lots of ice from the bar and ordered a taxi for us, all very efficiently.
Some customers might not like that it’s a twenty minute walk to the centre of the old town from this hotel, and would prefer accommodation closer to the centre of it all… but we actually enjoyed the walk each morning and afternoon.

No puedo opinar objetivamente, este hotel es el hogar de famosos durante el festival, y sobre esa época voy a hablar.
Muchos piensan que por eso estará cerrado o protegido, o será muy caro. Nada de eso, si te gusta este cine, te gusta el famoseo, y no eres de apartamento, te encantara. Igual bajas a desayunar y te encuentras en el jardín a Elena Anaya en una entrevista. O a un famoso director americano tomando algo descansando.
Y cuando te toca película, si has escogido el auditorio que hay justo debajo, bajas de la habitación y a la cola, en dos minutos.
Pero no todo es ideal. Aparcar cuesta dinero o muchas vueltas. Comer y cenar, dentro del hotel o de carpa. Y estas alejado del ambiente de sitges puro. No es problema si esto no te molesta, pero hay que avisar.

Servicio excelente y muy profesional. El buffet del desayuno está muy bien, tanto en variedad como en cantidad. Es uno de nuestros sitios preferidos para pasar un fin de semana.
