Espectacular se queda corto para describir este restaurante en la zona de la albufera valenciana.
Unos entrantes de tellinas, puntillas y calamares, donde destacaría las tellinas que tenéis que probarlas.
Después completamos estando 5 a la mesa con una fideua para dos y un arroz a banda señore para dos. Un sabor sin igual y como lo saben hacer en Valencia. No os vayáis sin probar la paella si podéis. La anterior vez que estuve probamos la paella clásica con conejo y pollo que es el clásico del lugar.
No te puedes ir de Valencia sin comer aquí. Ahora si puedes mejor reserva si quieres comer, los Findes esta a tope.

When a dining companion announces he is paella taliban, you know you’re in good hands. My friends and I drove to the Albufera for the paella at Mare Nostrum Germans Zorrilla. Secret to a good parking space? Even when the ocean is appearing closer, «keep driving, keep driving», there is parking the back.
Our paella taliban companion thought our appetites needed whetting, so we tucked into tellines, calamares, and mojama with red pepper and aubergines with hard boiled egg quarters. During this time, I was educated about paella borders, etiquette, wars, and the crispy rice. A great education.
Then the paella arrived filled with rice, green beans, large broad beans, rabbit, and chicken pieces. It was great, tasty, challenging (never had rabbit kidney before or rabbit leg). I really enjoyed this experience and everyone should visit. And before or after dinner, play on the beach.
