I’m catching up on my reviews so no I’m not in Prague I’m in Reno. I know I know the first thing that comes to mind in Prague is not Indian but this place was lovely. I went there for lunch. The place was empty but I had been walking all morning it was time for a meal. Later I was told that Indian cuisine is still new to Prague. Most of the Indian Restaurants tend to be AYCE @ lunch but the chef wanted to keep an a la carte lunch menu. Per the waiter the joint gets jumping for dinner… well now I have another reason to go back to Prague. Located on a side street street between the new part of downtown and the old city sits this Resturant on the corner. It takes up 3 store fronts. Each room has very unique décor with tapestries, traditional 4 tops with majestic throne like chairs. The character of each room gives the feel of being a guest at a Raj’s palace. The good: Crispy samosas Lush sag paneer Rich Dal Comfy dining atmosphere — I didn’t want to leave Formal yet friendly service The not so good They’re in Prague and I’m in the USA so I can’t sample more of their menu If I’m back in Prague I will check them out. If you’re in Prague give them a try!

I decided to eat here after stellar reviews on Unilocal.Although the restaurant’s interior is nice, and the staff are very professional, the food is not that great. After looking at the menu I decided to have the butter chicken, but the waitress convinced me to have the speciality of the day instead because it was much better. After less than ten minutes the food was served and I quickly realized that the instruction from the kitchen was to clearly push for this dish since they already had made plenty of this dish beforehand or had leftovers they wanted to get rid.

Brilliant Indian restaurant. Authentic, tasty and accurate !! Not a joint typically run by Bangladeshis and Pakistanis and claimed to be Indian. True Indian.

I was staying in the neighborhood and had been walking past this beautiful restaurant for several days. My group of four walked in and were almost turned away but the staff sat us at a table next to the bar. Boy, we all were glad they did. The menu was impressive and the food matched. The curry was so flavorful. My Aunt ordered a dish that had not yet made the menu but it was described as a Chef special dish. We are still looking for the name of that dish. We had a great time and the staff was so special and attentive. We had time for dessert. Chai tea ice cream… yes I would come back for more of that please! It was one of the most fantastic dinners on our trip. One Aunt has since proclaimed that it was the most impressive Indian dinner experience she has ever had. So if you are in the Petrska Square area, do yourself a favor and book a table in advance.

Delicious food. Taste was very authentic, such good Indian food in Prague? Unbelievable! Service was good, very attentive but not hovering. Interesting story behind the restaurant and impressive history. Would definitely eat here again.

We came from California and found this restaurant! The food was excellent the service was very good I would highly recommend this Indian Cuisine. The most amazing food and friendly staff. It is very close to the Imperial Hotel. Keep up the good work and many thanks to the chef and the owner for their awesome service!

The restaurant is located in central Prague. The personnel are very professional and knowledgeable, however I were not impressed with the food. Perhaps my expectations were too high due to the high scores from other Unilocalers. I ordered a standard chicken tikka masala. The one I’m used to and love for that matter have a sweeter taste then what was served here. The restaurant design felt high class and beautiful. A nice touch is the possibility to choose your spice level on a ten point scale.

We stayed at a hotel very close by, which of course was convenient, but I would come here even if I had to travel a bit. If you’re looking for great service and amazing food at a great price point, look no further! Seriously, the service was really great. Simply amazing.

Great Indian food in the heart of Prague. My girlfriend and I decided on some Indian food for our second last night in Prague, and we where not disappointed. The food was awesome, the waiter was very helpful, and I loved the interior. It was a bit on the pricey side for Prague, but we’ll worth the money!

The atmosphere was beautiful, the food ok, and the portions were extremely small. I was unimpressed by this restaurant after having high expectations from the reviews.

Amazing Indian food! The ambiance is beautiful. Service was great and the staff seemed genuinely pleased to serve us. The palaak paneer(my staple) was great. Butter chicken and samosas were great as well. Stick with the regular naan; the cheese naan and garlic naan were good but not worth it. The appetizer presentation was exquisite. Order the saffron rice instead of white rice! YUMMMMM.

This was a nice and surprising find: Very good Indian food in Prague. I wasn’t really sure whether to trust the previous good reviews(especially since the first one I read claimed it to be their first experience of Indian cuisine — therefore no frame of reference), but I’m glad we came here. Quick summary: Formal atmosphere with attentive service. Prices are relatively high by Prague standards, though not by US standards for eating at a nice restaurant. The food was surprisingly high quality. If this restaurant were in the NY metro area, I would come here. Recommended if you want a break from traditional Czech cuisine.

The best Indian food I’ve ever tasted(other than my mother’s and aunts, of course)! We had the fried spinach chaat and samosas for starters. Then followed by the lamb curry special, tandoori chicken, basmati rice, roti and cheese naan. Always stick with plain/regular naan for Indian dishes.

Wow! Great Indian food! Soooo fresh, the ginger and garlic still had crunch. The flavors excellent! A beautiful building, very classy and elegant. A bit more spending then the typical restaurants in Prague but worth it! We try Indian every where we travel and this was a treat! Perfect for a date night or anniversary. We are so glad we found this place, it is not a tourist trap restaurant. Service was grand we felt like royalty! If you enjoy Indian food, this place will impress you! And if you have never tried it, you are in for a treat! Start with the best!

It was my first experience of Indian cuisine and I was lucky to get it in this wonderful restaurent. First of all when enter, I was impressed by atmosphere: subdued light, Indian colonial style, pleasant personnel. Hostess Svetlana was very helpful and what was surprising: she knows their wide menu by heart and easily gives you a proper advice, and also tells you some interesting facts about the concept and furniture delivered directly from India. The food was delicious, their special Indian ice cream is must to taste! They can also cook something on special occasions if you preorder it.

Delicious and wonderful service ! Would go again next time I am in Prague. We ordered the two curry dishes medium and they were pretty hot, so be careful.

Simply the best Indian food in Prague with arguably the best service of any restaurant in the city. The décor of the place is great and you’ll be surprised that all of the dishes served are extremely affordable. K The Two Brothers is run by… two brothers, and they work exceptionally hard to give you a great dining experience. Highly recommended!
