We rarely eat in the restaurant of our hotel, but Q15 was so good we returned for two of the three nights we were staying in the Hotel Questenberk. The chef knows his craft. Menu is not extensive but all excellent. Service was superb as well. And the view down to Prague across and along its largest park, framed by the castle, is superb. We’ll be back, to this hotel and its restaurant.

Yes, the menu is pricy for Prague perspective, yet it is worth every Coruna. What a delight! This chef knows how to cook. Creative menue. We could not find a Unilocal review of this place. Why??? This is a great place! We actually went for the magnificent view over Prague. The service is very friendly and professional. My question about the white wine was met with a friendly and appropriate advice. The first course for us included Sea Scallops(st Jacques) and Takaki. Both delicious and exactly what a starter should do; to stimulate the appetite. Very well balanced flavors and textures. The main dishes; Beef Sirloin with cream sauce and home made bread dumplings; Bohemian Pike Perch with Lentils. Both were exquisite. Topped off with very tasty deserts. Boy, we are lucky folks! Well done!
