Beautiful location, great views, wonderful breakfasts, very good hotel tour, but we found the hotel itself lacking in so many other ways:
We felt we paid a high price for a tiny room, we had to beg for A/​C at check-​in, no TV, stingy in-​room amenities (1 very tiny shampoo for 2 people) overly manicured grounds that reminded us of a Marriott, lack of warmth on the part of staff (except for the breakfast waiters who were wonderful). The ambience felt like a business hotel, unlike all the other wonderfully warm and friendly hotels we stayed at in Turkey.

If you are planning to come to cappadocia that must be your destination, as soon as you check in you have a brief information both about the hotel and the area, the rooms are more than great, the location is just amazing looking over pigeon valley and the staff is just the best. they are being your family with their smiling faces all the time. amazing hotel!!!

Unbelievable hotel! We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a romantic place in Cappadocia, this is it. Great service, fantastic location, amazing views, and wonderful property. If you can, book a room with your very own swimming pool right in your room! Also, take advantage of the free tour of the property and do the wine tasting in their underground cellar. We will sure to be back!
