I had an appointment with them but i cancelled after going through their front desk. Long wait times, lackluster enthusiasm and horrible customer service have me convinced my child would not get good care there.

I found great results on another website for this doctor, so I was hopeful. The office was very run down looking. They asked me to do a urine test, there were just cups and a pen in the bathroom, along with a dirty gown hamper overflowing. AND someone else’s urine was sitting in there on the table when I walked into the bathroom. YUCK!
Overall I really liked Dr. Taylor, she was very personable and explained things clearly. However, after calling their messaging system for the results of all my tests for two weeks straight, the message only stated my urine test, not the blood test results or sonogram. I finally called and the front desk woman read me the notes in the computer, basically tried to say everything was «fine» according to the notes. Really, that’s it? After taking time off and spending money on getting these tests and I don’t even get a follow up call from an actual medical professional (a nurse, tech, something?!)
I will NOT be coming back…

Changing the rating for a 5 to a 3. Dr. Taylor is taking onto many patients and its impacting the ability to get a timely appointment and it’s not uncommon to sit in her office for an 1.5 waiting to see her (with an apt.)

I went to Dr. Taylor for my annual physical. I was looking for a new physician since the one I had was condescending and did not listen to me very well.
The office was a little run down, but there were lots of people. The administrative staff seemed efficient and I didn’t have to wait very long to get called to see the doctor. Most of the staff were friendly, but there was one who was a bit reserved.
Dr. Taylor was smart and personable. It felt great to have a doctor listen to my concerns and take me seriously. We talked about the options available to me and came up with a mutual plan on all of my questions. She also asked me about several procedures such as mammogram, pap smear, and colonoscopy, etc. as I’m 57 years old. She had a great way of explaining medical jargon. What really struck me was that she had not only knowledge, but lots of common sense. I will definitely be returning to her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Taylor for the 4 years I’ve lived in the DC Metro area, and every time I visit it has been wonderful. She takes the time to listen to your questions, and concerns, and will answer them honestly. She’s the kind of doctor you can be very open with, has a great bed-​side manner, and is just awesome!
