Got turned away at the door! Hours of operation say they close at 10 we get there at 9 and are told that due to fathers day they were sorry but it was closed. One I get it we all want to go home early but a heads up would have been nice we called attempting to make a reservation earlier in the day they said they dont take reservations but this would have been a perfect opportunity to state hey btw we are closing early due to the holiday!!! Plus there was not one sign posted at the door!!! I used to really like this place but the past couple of times has been messed up orders, poor customer service, and now this I think it will be a long time before my husband and I come back!

I went during a Warriors /Cavaliers finals game. They were packed, and I was hungry due to being done with the gym. Here are my thoughts: What I ordered: 12 wings with mac & cheese + Onion rings. Pros: –the hostess was nice & educated a rookie like me about Alondra’s –the manager Esteban helped me with my order & honored my Unilocal check-in. –they had lots of tvs to distract me from my huger. Conclusion: Go here if you want to indulge yourself with wings.

Upon arriving here for dinner I made my way to the front desk to check the wait time and put my name down. Ended up getting ignored by the two hosts who were in the middle of conversation. Once I got the attention of one of the chatty hosts they told me it’d be a 40-ish minute wait. Waited 45 minutes for a table and then waited 25 minutes to be served once seated. After another 5 minutes passed I was like«screw it» and left, wasting more than an hour to not be served. Never again, Alondra’s. Never again.

This place has horrible service. Totally under staffed. The manager is terrible at his job. They really don’t care about customer service. It has really been an experience that will not be forgotten due to the fact that the hostess approached the manager with our concerns and management refused to hear her out and basically shooed her away. To make matters worse we finally get seated and and our waitress goes on a lunch break and we get the manager Esteban to relieve her and checks with us only one time at the start of relieving our waitress and never returned again to see how we were doing. Just a heads up to anyone who reads this: VERYPOORSERVICE!

Don’t understand how this place is averaging a 3, the wings are probably the best I’ve had that me and my friends make it a special day to visit here monthly, and the only issue is it may be long wait times due to popularity. Thai chili is super bomb if you’re looking for something other than the traditional flavors. Enjoy!

My buddy wanted some wings to go with our beers so we ended up here. THAICHILIWINGS Just a little bit spicy and a ton of unique thai flavors. All in all, quite good.

Horrible experience with our take out dinner this past Monday! We ordered a medium pizza, 25 piece wings(lemon garlic and hot), and garlic fries. First off, all the wings were TINY. It was quite a sad sight to see. Our hot wings were pretty much as dry as our lemon garlic(dry seasoning) wings. We were advised the fries would have to be made once we get there so it stays fresh and crisp. However, they didn’t even bother to puncture a hole through the plastic lid(which indented in from the heat). We had soggy fries anyway with barely any garlic & cheese visible. BLEH!

I guess we should have paid more attention to the bad reviews. This place has gone to Shit! Walking in you first notice the place is filthy. Floors, tables, windows, hostess podium. Everyone menu is received had dry, stuck on food! Yuck. I hat to say it but even the waiters looked scruffy. We walked in last Tuesday around 3:30pm to celebrate my step son’s 13th birthday he wanted pizza and Wings before our movie«Capt. America». So, Alondras used to be that spot for piZza and Wings. Not anymore. We walk in party of 4 no one is at the front podium. 2 waiters are walking g around they look at us say nothing and walk the other way, bartender and waitress look at each other, look at us and go about their business, ignore us. We seat ourselves gifts, cake pop’s in hand. A waitress walks by and we ask for menus, he says well you sat yourselves so no one gave you menus… OK. Another 8 min before we are offered drinks. Mind you people who work their answers Not busy at all are just preoccupied and uninterested. So, Finally We order. Pizza, wings, salad, appetizers, and the 7 year old gets a kids meal with Mac and Cheese. Food started to arrive, remember there are 4 of Us. We call the waitress over and ask for silverware, she comes back with 1 fork and 4 napkins??? We ask the same question to another waitress and state We only recieved 1 fork and 4 napkins for 4 people. She ask so you need more? Hello! Yes, We need more!!! How difficult is this? Food was slow and boring. I have had better wing sauce out of the frozen section. Pizza had No flavor and dough was tough. Salad was good. Drink refills were impossible. The did come over and sing Happy BIRTHDAY with a fried Twinkie dessert. That was nice. But didn’t make up for all the lousy service and food. Needless to say waste of time and money. We will not return and quickly speeD the work about how awful it was there. I have an older Son and when I told him about our experience he said«I stopped going there about a year ago, they suck now».

Went here for the first time with my boyfriend yesterday. The wait wasn’t too long. Being a Sunday afternoon, the estimated time was said to be 25 min, but we were seated much sooner. It is a sports bar, so don’t expect it to be the most quiet place you’ve eaten at. There is a bar and multiple TVs for your entertainment. They have a variety of food from pizza, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, and of course, wings. We ordered the burger with rib eye steak. It was amazing! We also got 16 pieces of wings. You can choose two flavors. We got lemon pepper and lime chili. Can’t wait to try the others! Each dish came with two sides as well. Our waitress was also very kind and attentive. Great service.

Their food and atmosphere is okay for a night out with your friends to watch sports, eat some wings and have decent beer. However, the service sucks, sometimes we sit at the bar for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged or given a menu even when they’re not as busy as the weekends. I’ll go here as the last resort

I had pizza the day before, so I did not order any pizza when I came here. There was a wait here on a Tuesday night. They told us 20 mins but it was more like 15, so the wait is not actually that bad even though it may look crowded. My friend and I ordered this hamburger with a side of fries and mac and cheese and wings(half mango habernera and lemon pepper). The mac and cheese was tasteless but I liked the fries. I highly recommend the lemon pepper flavored wings! That was my whole experience.

The only thing worse than the food here is the service. The food was uneatable. The wings were dry and probably cooked hours earlier, The sauces were mysterious and tasted like oil except for the ranch. The pizza sauce and toppings was not good, really poor mixture of strange sauce and old chicken strips, The ice was old and bitter, after a couple sips I ordered water. We sat at a blank table, no utensils, no sugar, no salt, no pepper, no napkins. When the server brought the bad ice tea, no sugar or spoons came with it. When the manager brought the uneatable food, no plates, no silverware, no napkins came with it. He sat the platter down at a blank table and walked away. No one ask why the ice tea sat full or why the food sat uneaten. We asked random workers for plates and napkins. No silverware ever showed up. It is expense and I did not eat the food. I went somewhere else to eat because I was hungry. It’s been quite awhile since I had an experience this bad. What a poor excuse for a restaurant!

Service here sucks! Came here to let my friend try some wings because she love chicken wings. Cake in early and there was no wait but they still had us wait for a table about 10 minutes. Got a sampler appetizer for all of us to try. Comes with mozzarella sticks, onion rings, cheese balls and chicken strips. It’s ok, nothing to rave about. It’s just frozen food that is just heated up. Got the godfather pizza. It has all the meat and figures since we got 3 guys in our group that meat pizza was the way to go. The pizza crust was so thick and it wasn’t that great after all. We also got 50 wings plate to share between the 5 of us. Picked 3 sauces and they were all good. We got mango chili, bbq, and some other sauce that I forgot. Some of the wings tasted dry, to the point where they fried too much of it. When we wanted to get our checks we asked the girl in the from to help us get our check. But no one brought it over. Another one of my friend called her over nicely, she is too busy talking to her coworker and doesn’t come right away even when she sees us, finally walks over with an attitude face, doesn’t say anything either. I also wanted to say to her«dang, if u hate your job that much don’t work here.» We asked her for the check and a box to pack our leftover food. She doesn’t smile or say anything while bringing it over. Just anyways, not coming back here again. Thank you very much for the service.

Where to begin with this review. It’s very rare when my coworkers and I have a chance to go out after work, so being that it was my birthday month, they invited me to Alondra’s. We went on Friday, Feb 26th, arrived around 5:30pm and waited about 15 mins to be seated. The waiter comes by to take our beverage request, two of my coworkers wanted Chardonnay, they didn’t have Chardonnay, so they went with the sauvignon blanc(house wine), which by the way they only had one glass each because the restaurant ran out, so they had to go with another sauvignon blanc(coppola) a little more expensive. I had requested the Hefeweizen, guess what? They didn’t have it, so my other coworker and I went with the red sangria, which we only have one glass each because that’s all they had available. We then had to go with the white sangria. They were out of lemon pepper wings and no celery. By this point I was annoyed, as a matter of fact, I think we were all annoyed. I know it’s not the waiters problem, but after so many«No, we don’t have that either», I think a little discount would have been nice. We got 10% discount… and not because they offered it, it was because I checked in through Unilocal and that’s what they offer when checking in. I think management could have handled this a little better. They could have advised their clients at the door that they were out of several items, better yet, have a menu of things you DO have. The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because the waiter was extremely friendly and tried to joke around so we wouldn’t be as upset… I guess it kind of worked.

Drinks. Wings. Pizza. and Sports. Sounds like an awesome place for me! I came here near closing time on a saturday night and it was still extremely packed. The host says their was going to be an 30 minute wait for two people but there was like 4 tables that was open. I didn’t get it, but they are running the business and i am just a patron. Dennis was our server and did an amazing job helping us decided what to get. we were undecided about how many wings we want and what else we wanted. Buffalo chicken salad, is really good surprisingly I also got the 12 piece wings with two sides which is really filling as well. But one of the best parts is the peach ice tea and the strawberry lemonade. Free refills and also actual real fruits inside the drink as well

This is probably the third or fourth time visiting this restaurant. The quality is pretty consistent, wings are usually dry. Same with this visit. This time we ordered a chicken alfredo as well, the flavor was meh. It didn’t come out hot surprisingly. But the service was great. Our waitress did a great job attending to us.

Note: Don’t come here if you’re on a diet — it will only depress you further lol — good thing i’m not: P Alondra Hot Wings has one of the better chicken wings around, there’s no doubt about that. If this were based solely on wings it might have something like a 4.5 star rating. Honey BBQ and Thai Chili are among my favorite sauces, but most anything you get will be delicious. Unfortunately their non-chicken wing items tend to be too heavy and not terribly flavorful: like the turkey sandwiches and the pizzas(which are a bit greasy for my taste). I will say that the ranch blasted fries are amazing, so that’s a definite must try if you go. Also, expect to wait at any of their locations — especially if there’s a game on. Stay Cheerful ;)

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always crowded… especially Friday nights and weekend nights. The wait for me tonight was 45 minutes for a party of 7. They only have a handful of tables that fits more than 5 people so the larger the party the longer the wait. My friends and I decided that we could squish together in a 5 person booth because our hungry stomachs were #1 priority at that time. We had 6 on the booth and one chair on the side. It was a little squishy but not too bad. We ordered a table full of food… and it was glorious. 2 pizzas, 1 – 50 pcs wings, 1– 6pcs atomic wings with fries and zucchini, and 1– pesto chicken pasta. Food is always delicious although it’s not alway fresh– out-the-oven hot. It’s always luke warm or just cold. My favorites were the honey BBQ flavored chicken, and the chicken Alfredo pizza. Yum. Tried the atomic wing and I teared up just from picking the sauce. Not too bad the first 5 seconds but the spiciness creeps up on you… like OUTOFNOWHERE. just in your mouth burning hot. The pain radiated down from my mouth and into my throat as I attempted to swallow the skin.(JUSTTHESKIN). My friend is a spicy lover and said it was great spiciness wise but flavor was awful. I, on the otherhand, tasted nothing but burning lips. I would recommend eating the atomic wings last so that you can thoroughly enjoy your other foods while your taste buds could still function. Great for being bold and trying something new… but it was not worth it. Probably will come back again because it’s such a chill environment with great catch up food. They charged us $ 2 for 2 sauces for our 50 pcs chicken wings. Don’t know why they would do that since they said they allow us to choose 3 sauces for free… so check your bills if you have a big order because they do all the ordering by memory.
