How can you go wrong with a midnight run of a load of carbs, greasy cheese and topped with pepperoni?! I love pizza hut. It’s a bit too oily to indulge regularly and the menu offers no healthy options… but you’re guaranteed deliciousness! And a shout-​out to Jenna, who works the front… super personable with a cherry disposition… She made our unhealthy pizza run all worth it… all 5 stars to her:)

The pizza we’ve had from here is fine, but the website information for this location is awful. They don’t accept any of the deals that the website advertises. It’s misleading and annoying.

I have been ordering pizza from this place for a couple of months now. It seems every 5 pizzas I order, 1 will come undercooked. Most days, I just preheat my oven and fully cook it myself. I’m not a picky eater, I understand that sometimes the store gets busy etc etc.
But today, as usual, an undercooked pizza came once again. Online order estimated 30 minute delivery time and it got here in 20 minutes. Which was surprisingly fast for a pizza hut delivery.
My dough was undercooked, stuffed crust had no cheese in it. They gave me the wrong crust and decided to not even cook it all the way. I am done with you guys. Its not hard to cook a pizza. You literally put toppings on it and stick it in the oven.
I called the manager to see what he could do for me. He proceeded to argue that it was because I ordered 5 toppings on my pizza. how ridiculous. They have a super supreme with 6 toppings, are you implying that the super supreme pizza always gets served undercooked? He even assured me that the pizza HAS to be cooked all the way because he just checked the oven temp and its set on the right degree. Wow. Simply amazing.

I’ve been here a few times but I always ask for delivery. This is the first time I’ve ever went there for a take-​out. Parking is decent, there’s about 5ish parking spots in front of the restaurant, so if you ever want to come here for a take-​out then you don’t have to worry about finding parking spaces.
I order a medium pizza with half just cheese and half mushroom with their regular pan crust. Pizza hut never really disappointment, I really like how smooth their crust feels and how everything is very fresh, total came out to around $ 12 which wasn’t so bad for a medium pizza. I love their stuffed crust but I don’t order that often because it is just a little too much for me to handle because of all the cheese, but sometimes you just have to put your foot down and just chow that whole thing down.
I see some people saying how they have bad service but the lady who helped me through the phone was very patient and polite, so that is why I gave it a 4 stars. This place is both cash and card accepted so don’t worry about being cash only.
Overall, 5 stars for service, 4 for food, 4 for environment and 4 for atmosphere. I’ll come back again if I ever have anymore late night pizza craving.

Fast service at this location pickup is usually ready within 15 minutes.
Pizza is always baked to perfection, highly recommend the fiery red pepper crust.

Employees are very rude and unprofessional. Keep guests waiting as long as they want and give attitude for phone calls and to their guests. Do not recommend and will never go again.

BAD experience, this employee KAREN#26 163 is so rude and unprofessional when I called to make a complaint that I got a hair on my wings, I tried to talk with her manager but she hang up on me.
I will never order again from this location.

They denied to sell us our carryout because no photo ID. But the credit card had the name it was under. Who denies a pizza carryout that hasn’t been paid for? When I called, she explained again you must have a photo ID. For pizza. Pickup. Never have I ever heard such ludicrous.

I definitely enjoy pizza huts pizza, so this review is strictly for this location. I decided to do delivery and order from this location for the first time. Such a bad idea. My pizza was delivered with the box propped open, the pizza was very dry. I wasn’t given any of my dipping sauces, napkins or crushed peppers. I tried to eat the pizza and it wasn’t good at all, not much marinara sauce on the pizza. The veggies were over cooked and dry. It was a waste of $ 20 and I ended up throwing it out. The staff needs to be retrained because this was a horrible experience.

TERRIBLE experience. The employees are rude and in dire need of customer service skills, especially the manager. Full of attitude and unprofessional.
Went in for a carry out pizza, they said it would take 12 mins. So we waited. 20 mins went by and nothing. We were in a rush to get somewhere so we asked if it was almost ready, if not if we could get a refund. The employee said only the manager could give us a refund and that it would be only 3 more mins. Another 20 MINUETS go by and NOTHING. Finally we see the manager and ask her for a refund only for her to say they don’t give them and that she can only give us store credit. Then when its ready they proceed to just THROW the pizza on the counter. WOW are you serious??? Waited almost an hour for this crap!!!
Didnt even eat the Pizza, pretty sure they messed with it. Tossed right into the trash.
NEVER AGAIN. Next time I need a quick pizza fix I’m going to Dominoes. They have better quality food and service.

Disappointed with this particular location! I usually order online and this time I had a coupon that was sent to my email as a thank you and promo for a free large pizza on my next purchase. That purchase was today. As I’m placing my order online the website is not accepting the coupon code or redemption link so I call in to this location and was basically told that online Pizza Hut is completely different from Pizza Hut locations. Which makes no sense considering they honor the same prices and obviously the pizzas are made at the location nearest to you.
So I speak with the manager Melissa and she basically says the same thing. That online is different and she cannot help with the coupon or mishap with my online order. The best part is when she openly admits that she has had other customers call her for this same problem! Was that supposed to make me feel better? On a somewhat plus side she gave $ 5 off my pizza which I still ordered because it’s not always about getting something for free but more of actually feeling like a valued customer.
On a side note Melissa was not very pleasant to speak with when I picked up. She did not greet me with a smile nor did she apologize for the weird inconvenience Pizza Hut had messed up with the promotion.

A smaller store size, but the service is fast！ I like the wings and fried snacks. The pizza are average compare to others, overall ok.

One of the better tasting pizza huts. Service is okay and i don’t really care their pricing as its more expensive than their competitors and I don’t think the quality justifies it but thats what you get for buying from a chain thats owned by a corporate conglomerate. Basically, this location is good so buy from them.

Some people tries to act as «It is not etiquette to review a fast food or a famous brand restaurant» well: I say if someone do a good job then reward him with your satisfaction … and If someone was very bad then warn us. WARN the people so you leave an impact …
I did not appreciate this Pizza hut until I saw the other one located in Atlantic in the same city … This pizza hut, who is managed by a nice Armenian guy named Azzat, is truly superior … I mean I get a real pizza from this place every 4.5 times (out of five :)) … Even when my friends come over to my place, they really make compliments about how good this pizza hut!

What kind of pizza joint runs out of dough? Workers were KIDS, rude, unprofessional slackers.

I’ve had soooooooo many bad experiences here, I don’t know where to begin!
1) Service is TERRIBLE!!! The employees are rude, immature, and inappropriate. Not good for business.
As soon as I walked up to their cash register, I see them «ass-​tagging» and slapping each other with towels. Are you serious o. o… and you would think they would be more appropriate and go back to work since a customer is present, but nope! I had to yell «Hello?!» to get their attention. REALLY??? REALLY?
2) The wait time is RIDICULOUS!!! Half of the time they don’t even start making it until they FEEL like it… -.- and I live like down the street to this pizza hut!
3) I ordered a pizza and THE DOUGH WAS RAW!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
Service here use to be really great when ACTUAL ADULTS use to work here. Now I guess they hired children. :/​shame.

$ 10 for a Large any style pizza… sweet. Bought the deal online and paid there.
There are SO many good deals online. So always look for it before just going there. Went there and it was done at the time.
Lots of parking. Easy in and out.

The pizza here is nasty. Having worked at a pizza hut in the past as a typical college student job, I know not all restaurants rotate their stock of toppings, but this place takes the cake. Having cheese with blue streaks is pretty gross, and I’ve seen some fuzzy pepperoni on my pizzas. After this occurred, I just decided to go out of my way when everyone wants pizza and just do a pickup from Papa John’s in South Pasadena (consistently good every time).
And guys — mop your floor — a restaurant doesn’t need to look like a jail booking facility.
